So this probably doesn't go here, but I work at a car wash (great people here, small company, the owner is awesome) and there was one time that someone paid for their own wash and the wash of the person behind them (they didn't know each other) and it was passed on for 12 cars till it got to this lady who was super thankful and said she had been having a crappy day and that it helped a ton. That day was great, and I was happy that I was able to see something like that happen.

up to a $15,000 fine and up to five years in jail. Depends on state, the judge ect. Most likely the insurance dropped her an it be hard to pick up a new insurance.
Thats for Hard fraud cases, for staging an accident and such. This is only soft fraud, which is a misdemeanor, so smaller fines and a max of 1 year of jail. Insurance still probably dropped her.
@@greenmind3488 this is soft fraud or padding. Her claim was partially denied. Her name and vehicle were flagged. She was dropped. I've done claims for 5 ywae.
I think the most detrimental thing with car insurance fraud is at least 7 years without being able to be insured by a reputable place. This is bad for two reasons: either you can only get very limited insurance at very high premiums and no payout, or you get no insurance at all, which means you start over in 7 years as a new driver (aka much higher premiums)
I was curious and googled insurance fraud. here's the answer, "Insurance fraud is a felony in Louisiana. Convicted individuals are subject to the same penalties for soft and hard fraud. These consequences may include jail time of up to five years, up to $5,000 in fines, probation, community service and restitution (repaying the financial gain from the fraudulent activities)."
This is what I found on Google: A misdemeanor conviction for this type of car insurance fraud can result in a fine, probation or even a jail term in extreme cases, although this will never be for more than 5 years. The fine will vary, depending on the seriousness of the offense, but with a misdemeanor it won't go above $15,000.
#3 After viewing that tape, her insurance claim would have been rejected. In it's entirety. Meaning that she now have to pay for the totality of the damage out of her own pocket. Also, ALL of her previous claims would probably get reevaluated. Then, her insurance premium will see a hefty increase. Finally, she may get herself on a red list distributed to ALL insurance agency of the country, making it very difficult for her to get ANY insurance at all, and, if she get one, it'll cost her much more.

There are two states that I know of that don’t require car insurance, New Hampshire and Virginia. South Carolina may be another, I’m not sure. In these states you have to prove that you’re financially able to cover any repairs, fines, etc if you’re involved in an accident involving another vehicle or a pedestrian.
I'm glad Amy stood up and did the right thing. Without her testimony and the evidence, he would have been screwed along with the kids since most of the time the courts side with the ex wife wether she's a mom or not
Grammy is for music, Emmy is for TV. That said, the crazy ex is, indeed, crazy. I'll let it slide if recalling all of this drama and nonsense got OP a little tripped up. I have come across this same story on other, similar channels. Note plural. It makes makes me mad every time I hear it, and the revenge at the end is just as satisfying as well.
Ok, so in the case of swingers/open marriages, what happens when only one party wants to close the marriage/stop swinging? It sounds like OP and his wife went into their relationship as swingers and then at some point he unilaterally decided he didn't want to do it anymore. Ok, but did she ever consent to give up that lifestyle? Is it fair to call something cheating this month that would have been fine last month? I would imagine that if your relationship was founded when you were both in that lifestyle, and you wanted to stop but your wife didn't, then your choice would be to stop yourself and accept that they won't, or get a divorce. I am fully monogamous, so I admit that I don't know much about the ins and outs of these kinds of relationships, but I'm genuinely curious as to how this situation works and whether it's really fair to call it cheating.
I mean, regardless of whether or not the open relationship was a problem, literally everything else his wife did most certainly is. I know this doesn't really answer your question, but I feel this is kind of important to highlight here.
Attempted insurance fraud can result in jail time, and any insurance after that will be high-risk auto insurance AKA non-standard auto insurance, which has a high deductible and is often at least twice the cost of standard risk insurance.

That is a new name for Color Guard. I'm a former band player and did marching in High School and I've never heard it be call drill. Even at huge events it was always called Color Guard or something on the line of that. You learn something new every day.
For the first story: No excuse for the wife's plot to steal OP's money, but as to the "cheating," OP is on shaky ground. Their arrangement was swinger/open marriage. OP can't just decide to change the deal for both of them without her agreement.
Ignoring the Legal Consequences (Court, Criminal Charges, Fines etc.) the biggest penalty for Attempted Auto Insurance Fraud is your Insurance Company immediately cancels ALL of your Policies you have with that Company (so if you have your Home, Car and Life Insurance Policies all with the same Company, all 3 are now gone) AND your Record now has a very serious Black Mark in it making it difficult to find a new Insurance Company willing to sell you a Policy - usually the only Companies that will accept someone accused of (let alone Convicted) of Insurance Fraud are the Last Resort Companies for Drivers with WAY too many DUI Charges on their Record that cost you at least 5x what the main stream Carriers charge for a given Policy... I.e.: Geico might charge you $1,000.00/year for the minimum required Car Insurance but the Last Resort Company would charge you $5,000.00/year (or more) for the exact same coverage...
Story 1: Sounds like Amy might be an excellent contender for OP! Story 2: After all the bullshit Bill & the PM put OP through I might have just fully quit one single day into the honeymoon...without ANY notice...fuck'em! Story 3: OP's dad is awesome :)
I'm so confused about the PM/mail one, do they not have extra people to take over for vacations? Or if by some nightmare, both people call out or get sick? Cause honestly, ain't nothing would have made me come in on my day off, or vacation. I'm not getting paid? I ain't coming. 🥴
Insurance fraud is a federal offense. So your dad did the right thing. Refused to commit a federal offense, saved his business, saved your family home, and got SWEET REVENGE. Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!! LOLOLOL
I am not sure what state they're from, but here in Massachusetts if you attempt or commit insurance fraud you get your plates removed from your car, a freeze cap is placed on your car insurance, also you have to pay for your car being impounded at a junkyard or tow truck spot, which can run you around $35 a day, plus you have to retake the road test as though you just earned your license, then you have to reinstate your insurance or find a new car insurance company, then you have to pay to reregister your car which runs you around $45, then you have to get your car inspected which is another $30-35, after you do all this your looking at a bill of around $500-600 in my state. And if you can't afford all of this, you're placed in jail for around 5 years and have to pay a fine of $15,000 or more.
First rule of thumb when your having problems like op #1. Open another bank account in just your name and have your deposits moved to that account. Don't allow the other person to have access to your money. If they are not on the account they CAN NOT have access to it. It doesn't matter if they're your legal spouse or not! Yes, I speak from experience here as a former bank teller.
I believe insurance fraud is a federal offense. I can't be sure as I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure all insurance stuff falls under federal guidelines.
I was an insurance adjuster and auditor for five years beside fines and possible criminal consequences, depending how serious of a fraud it is you’ll have a black mark on your record for every insurance agency to see indefinitely
I would guess that some potential consequences of Auto Insurance fraud would be immediate dropping of the fraudulent client without refund, difficulty in ever becoming a client of another insurance company, and heavily increased rates if the client ever does manage to get another company to take them. That's just a guess, though; I have no experience with insurance fraud or its fallout.
I do NOT envy Amy's position in Story 1 - she did the right thing by speaking up, but seeing your friend on a self-destructive spiral has got to be awful.
That is in the case of Hard Fraud, which is just under being considered a felony. Hard Fraud means its a staged incident. This is Soft Fraud, which is just exaggerating the extent of the damage, and is a misdemeanor. Its smaller fines, a max of 1 year jailtime, and whatever mix of punishment the residing judge would decide on.
Swinging with consenting parties is one thing. When they both agreed to stop, that consent ended, and it became cheating when she continued. Just because you don't approve of the swinging doesn't make the cheating and substance use less bad. Besides, if all parties are consenting adults, it is really none of our business what they do in their marriage.
@@katebridges7513 Thank you for being a voice of reason. And yes, once they made the decision to be monogamous, it's cheating. Though on that I'm willing to cut her some slack, if the relationship was open from the beginning, and he decided unilaterally to change the relationship parameters in such a drastic way. Of course the right things for her to have done would be to end the relationship, if she had no intention of giving up her swinger life.
Auto insurance fraud. Not only does she not get her work paid for, but she has to pay a fee for each infraction she is charged for in the case and gets higher premiums. Had someone try to blame me for their insurance fraud, but I had a dash cam that caight the whole thing. The officer who came to the scene looked like a kid on Christmas morning when I gave him the footage. it was a huge mess but really sastifying seeing the old bat plus accomplice in cuffs
Kinda hard to feel much sympathy for a guy who was a "swinger" until the last year of his marriage. It doesn't sound like it was much of a marriage in the first place. By the way, is he sure those are his children?
No, it does not "sound like it wasn't much of a marriage". People - like me - in the swinger scene are not "broken" or "loveless". We like sex with others, that's it. Other than that we love each other, or our children, just like anyone else. Some more, some less, of course. If you can't fathom that - not my problem. And it pisses me off when clueless people belittle us for allegedly not having "real" relationships - because we indulge in things openly, properly negotiated and with everyone's consent, that the monogamous majority does just as much in secret, breaking promises, in the form of cheating, more cheating, and a lot of cheating on top? Yeah, we're not the broken ones here. Oh, and just FYI: Various forms of contraception exists, and at least condoms are heavily enforced on parties.
@@drsnova7313 You offer a "some more, some less" caveat for "swingers," but do not extend the same consideration for "the monogamous majority." That's a HUGE clue indicating the level of denial you indulge. I'd never claim you are not in a "real" relationship, but it is obvious it is not based on real love. If you cannot fathom that, it is not my problem.

That is a new name for Color Guard. I'm a former band player and did marching in High School and I've never heard it be call drill. Even at huge events it was always called Color Guard or something on the line of that. You learn something new every day.
Finally a Marching Band story
For the first story: No excuse for the wife's plot to steal OP's money, but as to the "cheating," OP is on shaky ground. Their arrangement was swinger/open marriage. OP can't just decide to change the deal for both of them without her agreement.
Keep up the great work with these ProRevenge, DarkFluff. You’re the best 😊👍
Revenge is best served up cold after everybody has forgotten. Good post office story
I think op should’ve got 100% percent of custody for the kids
The Fluff that is Dark!!!!
Depending on the extent of the fraud of automobile insurance fraud, worse case scenario would be jail time and a steep fine.
Ahhh a good pro revenge story to help distract me from my knee pain
I was an insurance adjuster and auditor for five years beside fines and possible criminal consequences, depending how serious of a fraud it is you’ll have a black mark on your record for every insurance agency to see indefinitely
I would guess that some potential consequences of Auto Insurance fraud would be immediate dropping of the fraudulent client without refund, difficulty in ever becoming a client of another insurance company, and heavily increased rates if the client ever does manage to get another company to take them. That's just a guess, though; I have no experience with insurance fraud or its fallout.
That last story was sad tbh. Op had to put up with so much shit but there was almost no payoff :/ i hope op is ok
OP should've left her to the streets
9:22 Have you really never heard of the Rockettes? You pronounced it wrong. 😂
I do NOT envy Amy's position in Story 1 - she did the right thing by speaking up, but seeing your friend on a self-destructive spiral has got to be awful.
This first story has been read and re read so many time the past year...
I think auto insurance fraud is 50,000 fine and 5 years in jail i could be wrong though
I'm sure it varies by jurisdiction.
@@greenmind3488 In the US, fraud is fraud.
Perfect story for breakfast
Second story: you're kinda spineless for saying yes when getting called in XD
Dark fluff:reads my vile ex wife
Me:this gonna be good
My head :hell no way this happen
You have to love karma. It is totally dependable.
Yay Amy!! And auto insurance fraud is a felony so..... there's that. 😁
No one gon talk about 8:52 where they wrote dark a script
8:51 Are you secretly a robot, @DarkFluff?
The man in the 1st story is a paragon of virtue, when he himself engaged in wife swapping, & when things got out control, he decided to bail out.
The 2nd story is funny. He called the PM spineless, but isn't he the same?
"I was good to you" excuse me?!! In what multiverse was your action is considered "good" to someone?
Hello my wonderful beautiful dark fluff
It would take something over the top to get me to say anything against my best friend. Like over the top life threatening
Op in the story 2 revenge was great
I love that your little black sheep has blue tennis shoes on!
I hope the first guys ex wife finds peace
Sometimes the best lessons are the ones that hit the wallet XD
the last one was technically legal protection not pro revenge
Fantastic video
I hope my friends would be like Amy tbh, calling me out for stuff instead of enabling me
Auto insurance fraud.
Pause at 8:52, read. Am I wrong or does it look like a script bc usually OP doesn’t refer to themself in 3rd person
Kinda hard to feel much sympathy for a guy who was a "swinger" until the last year of his marriage. It doesn't sound like it was much of a marriage in the first place. By the way, is he sure those are his children?
Yeah, I would get some DNA tests.
And how many women with whom he slept did he get pregnant? Disgusting.
