It is good to see you back up and riding. How is your leg doing? I have heard a lot of good things about the MSR gear. One thing you really need to watch is body core temperature, especially when temps get over 85 degrees. This is even more important if you are a senior. At 90+ degrees you dehydrate faster than you can rehydrate plus you lose critical electrolytes. I found a very inexpensive solution that will keep your core very cool and comfortable. I picked up a hyper-kewl vest that I wear in high temps. You just soak it in water for a few minutes and then gently squeeze out the excess. You wear it between a polyester T-shirt and your jacket. It is the oldest version of air conditioning ever invented. Even the slightest breeze can be felt and it brings your core down to about a 70-75 degree temp, even in 100+ outside temps. It is so effective that I have even cut my lawn with it on. They cost about $45 and mine is in its 4th year. It truly saves a tremendous amount of sweating. If you wore one under your MSR or a mesh jacket, you can ride a lot longer on a given day and feel ready to go again the next day. Give it a try. Mine is a Fly Racing, but a number of companies make them.
Dave, I don’t know if it is just my system. Your audio is mostly only in the left channel. Not the case with other TH-cam channels. Just an FYI, as I say it might be just me when I listen through headphones. Great content, keep it up. All the best, DvH
Great question! It does not. My goto is the "stich". However, I like this MSR jacket and/or the Revit Jacket with the Revit pants. If riding for lunch or a casual ride ... I use the MSR or REVIT jacket ... But.. use the Stich 85% of my riding.

Oh ... my bad ... had the mic set to stereo instead of mono ... THANKS!
Nice unbiased review. So does this replace your Aerostich suit?
