Agreed, I like the one bedroom, good rental price too. Thanks Daz for the update of the new Empire Towers in Jomtien Beach.
Vee is my favorite agent. ❤
Nice papayas
Thanks for the updates
So nice to see Vee again
I agree with you about sudios being better than small one-bedroom apartments. Nick
Don’t like the location. Have to cross second road to get to the beach….Too far away from Jomtien and Pattaya. Quality of fixtures and finishes look a bit cheap.
Yes Daz nice condos thanks for sharing
Funny thing is that studio was the best of the 3. But, I think I like older buildings more for a variety of reasons. Like they say, there's something, or someone, for everyone in the world.
I do enjoy following the real estate ladies on your building tours. 🙏
Thanks for showing us these, Daz. The first one looks decently sized, if a little expensive. The one bedroom is way too cramped and I just can't imagine living in a studio where I'd be waking up in my living room every day.
I always appreciate the look-see and the agents are both adorable.
Thanks for the vid.
I could live there no problem the ladies sold it to me 😊😊
Hi Daz, interesting to hear your point about preferring a more spacious studio to a cramped one bedroom. I hadn't considered that. Alan Bolton girls, nicely professional and smart uniforms 👌. Although I think the location may be a bit too far from the excellent transport infrastructure for me.
Sounds good.
Very nice! Thanks, Mate!
Hi Guys...Welcome To THAILAND....Very Handsome Men with Good Heart Only....🙂
location far from the beach. the unit is high priced in my opinion.
A nice view of Copacabana from the Patio!!!😄
Always enjoy the condo videos Daz. Please keep them coming as often as possible
Good video thanks for the updates I am retiring and moving to Thailand Pattaya next year
Nice, I would stay there 👍🏻
Fern is lovely
How does it work if you buy a condo and want to rent it out when you are not using it (Airbnb or similar)? Are there respectable 3. party companies that can handle that for you?
I thought about buying one to use when I visit, but would also see it as an investment, so the property management (not the rental) would have to very respectable as well.
This might even be an idea for a video.
Nice one daz ,interesting in Jomtiem ,Cheers Kev in oz
Very nice❤
Thanks, Daz and Bolton Girls. Not a bad price for luxury,
I 💖 that first room I would make the smaller 2nd bedroom my workspace/ computer room...
Yes, me too, an office
My friend who is a builder says new condominiums the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs particularly if hard tiles on the floor,Oh why do we not see you on your videos? ,24 square meters is tiny,Swimming pools at the top not sure about ,the best swimming pool I have seen is VIew Talay 2 in Jomtien. Thanks for video
Dusit grand park 2-pool-jacuzzi-steam-sauna is out of control too! Biggest pools 3-all ground level
Nice video as always. Seems like this property Is trying to compete with the bigger better properties closer to the beach. Good luck to them, but I'd expect their prices to drop as units sit empty as people realize they can get bigger rooms in buildings with more/better amenities, closer to the beach, for less money.
Those are nice! One thing many people do not consider with the far off places is soi dogs, which can be a nuisance when you’re walking around.
It’s too big it won’t go in she’s heard that before 😂😂 that was so funny 🤣
Great video as always mate
Interesting units and pricing. I had a friend just return to Thailand and he was pulled aside by immigration and told he was spending too much time in Thailand and would have to apply for a retirement visa. Waiting for more details.
I thought tourist O visa can be renewed every 6 Months ? I think plus 16k in bank
A little bit on the pricey side but that's to be expected with new construction, but in comparison to Western prices, this is a steal! $1036 Canadian for a beautiful 2 bedroom with cable and Wi-Fi included that would be nearing $3000 Canadian where I live!
It is nice but not for $1036 Canadian, I have seen similar for better price, just takes a little leg work and is not hard to find🙂
Terrible layot and very axpensive
thanks to the author of the video
Ready for some low season budget condos...
I live in Orient Condo three minutes from Empire, behind the 7-11 across from Empire, in a 10K bath studio w/ infinity pool & fitness. But they made Beach Road one way.
Thank you for showing - I have been looking for something like this for the near future I love Thailand oh and Beautiful Ladies - most importantly is there a safe ?
I think I can see the distinctive Riviera building from the Pool floor. That helps to locate this building.
Yeah- it's on Bunkachana near where it meets 2nd. I can see this bdg. from my window
Great price per month just a Bike ride to the beach good size indeed Hollywood.
Eek quite small and fairly pricey but each to their own , nice views , finished well though
I like that area from all the videos I have seen! But I would like to be just across the street and a pool in front of the building. To watch the bay and tide come in and out and the sunset! The water looks a lot cleaner and more tropical!
This is straight back from Grand Jomtien Hotel. Maybe 2km. 7-11 30 seconds walk from there. And C market as well.
haha, "lets do the goodbye video before my makeup melts." that was funny! Nice property, but I would prefer being walkable to services, restaurants, and entertainment. At least initially.
There are tons of restaurants, coffee spots, Sevens, Tops, barbers and beer bars near Empire. I live three minutes from it on the other side of 7. Plus Empire is eight minutes on foot to Beach Road. It's practically on 2nd
@@bijanbayne3259 Thanks for the feedback.
Except, in looking at all those future development pads for new buildings. Will affect the view I would think.
seems a little expensive...i have seen much cheaper
Dazza boy just wants to see Vee again, and I dont blame him ;-)
Talk about a perfect fitting outfit. What a beautiful lady @14:28
There's a seaview,-but there's also a piece of land ready to be developed halfway between this building and the ocean ;-)
Yes, but it's not very near
The only thing I dislike about these places is that they don't have closets...for your clothes and shoes.
View pretty good, size of two bed, pretty big, open plan kitchen, you could get by, I would change out the main TV as being two small, rental price very decent, how is the transport situation lots of bhat buses to pattaya?
What's up my man! Gonna be purchasing my ticket for September departure in a couple weeks. I will be watching ALL of your upcoming Condo videos VERY closely. Looking for a 1 bedroom in the $400/Month range. What realtor do the ladies work for?
Look below the video, all the contact info is there
@@CheekyMonkey007 Thanks.
Clever construction. Not more than you need. I guess the prices come lower in some time.
Where do you put your clothes , suitcase 🧳? Etc ..
I could definitely live there it might be a little bit out of the way but that's a good thing in my opinion less temptation of booze and girls 😂😂😂 but I wouldn't go for the corner unit it looked like an after thought by the builders, you couldn't argue about the rental prices or even if you wanted to buy it outright.
Wait when Grand Solaire is completed, because it will be the most luxury condo in whole Pattaya
Personally i wouldn't stay in a smaller than 65m2 unit . I looks doable on camera untill you visit .theres no storage or room to swing a cat. B28000 I think for a 2nd grade position is to dear, but maybe im out of touch with inflation and prices. A budget fit out in fixtures and style. This developement has a lot of competition. The girls are always very cute . Because of the stupid tax laws i think buying is crazy . There must be an exidice of expats from Thailand underway. Thanks for the video Daz .
Daz that Studio apartment hasn't got the space to put in a small table to eat at unless I was mistaken?
One was built in to the left as we walked in
@@everythingPattaya oh yes, I just replayed and seen it sorry 🙂
They better have many and fast elevators. A small studio must be a lot cheaper to keep cool.
not exactly waking distance to what is needed
Wow, $375 USD/month! What a bargain. Those little cuties were sweet.
pretty good the cheapest I have seen is 325 per Month includes communal Gym and pool - a mate of mine said he know someone who has a house for 160 per Month
A bargain compared to where??? not in Jomtien. They're trying to price themselves similarly to other bigger, better properties that are closer to the beach. Expect pries to drop as they sit empty.
Vee is well fit
Did we ever figure out why Vee has a ring on nowadays?? Inquiring minds want to know...🤔
$60,000 USD to buy the studio. What do the dues, ect, run?
Prices going up. Rather spend less somewhere else. The problem is Farangs comparing the prices to "back home" , well WTFU you're not "back home".
2024 and they still haven't clued up on design in Thailand for the middle bracket......you can rent in my building in Pratumnak twice the size for less than there 2 bedder.....also in a quite area....
Wheres your building m8 I may be interested
interested in what?
@@user-ci6fd2co1rcould it be he’s talking about your building? 🙄🤦♂️🤣
@@Wizerud not going to advertise it here....
but the question was buy or rent..
Looks like a lift for wheelchair!
I know it's a new build, but there's far better value in Jomtien closer to the beach, along with Pattaya and only a year old.
nice, but a little expensive
Not by comparidon to most New Builds
swimming pool area could get alittle busy for a building that size....
How far is the Darkside from the building?
Unlimited power
4000 month and i want my washing done
It's new and looks good - you have to pay for it. Unfavorable location, everything is more suitable for 50kg Asians than for the typical 100+kg Farang.
Horrifying planning mistake on the third condo. The entire kitchen unit must be dismantled again and moved 10 cm to the right; hopefully not in all studios in the building.
I prefer to be called a 0.1 ton farang, thak you very much 🙂
I've seen far better in videos about Thai condos, for far less
Ok to stay for a short while, but not for permanent
Nice place / but they will be building all around for years. will be very noisy
Very nice condos.
60+ sqm and they still won't put in a proper stove with an oven 🤦♂
Because they don't use ovens in Thailand
Girls are getting a bit cheeky. Its not 10,000thb and would you move in here (to the 2 bedroom) they have you down as a cheap charlie Daz.
These people love to put big things in a box...... I pay 30k for 120sqm why would I pay 28k for 68sqm..... and I live 10 min from the beach road on a bolt.......
80,000 - 90,000 baht per sq m, umm. I built my Thai house for 450,000 baht, 200 sq m. Work that out per sq m.
Poor argued . Doubtful you built in Jomtien Beach
@@trickolas78 didn't say I did
What’s the point of comparing prices per sq m in 2 totally different locations ? 🤷♂️
@@chrisgoody2shoes218 gives a perspective for others to pick a lifestyle choice depending on budget
Malibu versus Mississippi
First one is too expensive, second and third too small. Also the location is not the best, as Daz himself said.
yes
Sorry Daz, you make the most time professionell and perfect videos. 👍
But here not: 🤔 😪
The furnitures are not at the right place and/or not unpacked.
Sorry!!
Hello, the building was opened the day before.
Did you hear when I said that the building was just opened the previous day ?
sooo loud too
Lol dude your not half obvious with the shots of the girls
for something that's brand new I thought the quality off the rooms looked very poor a building off that size the gym space was ridiculous no space 3 or 4 people in there the place would feel packed no sauna no steam for them prices I would expect them in a better condo and its too far away from everthing ...
To expensive and to far away from the water and places to eat on the beach!
Cheep ass beds! You have to have a really good Temperpedic mattress! You sleep a lot and if you’re not comfortable you will wake up miserable! Don
I’ve heard a temperpedic mattress retain the heat, so not good in a tropical climate!
Bathrooms are tiny. I would never fit in the shower.
They’re ok but not great. I dislike hard tiles literally everywhere. Hard on the feet and cold to look at.
First one too expensive
which ones that fern or vee
@@hachimaru295 haha good one
one room is not good for living
Not my cup of tea!
