Thanks. Bit of an update: the unit eventually failed. It got clogged and de-liming didn't fix the issue. They wanted $90 for a replacement. Instead I bought a generic at Lowe's. It ran $35. It isn't as nice but a third the cost.
Don't like 3oclock cold position its just not right, it obstructs dishes. Came to your video to see if I had a broken one. Unless we both have a broken one.
Why not move the control arm so it faces you? The arm would be at 9:00 for cold and 12:00 for hot and then you can go back to using your left hand to turn on the faucet.

Can't say you aren't right. The silverware in the left cup gets in the way. As do some dishes. But I still do enjoy the other features.
