    1. Company Goals?
    2. Their challenges?
    3. What is the solution?
    4. Who can help resolve the challenges and implement solution (JD)
    5. How much it cost to bring that person on board.

Andy, I recently gave “Interview Intervention” to two of my friends who were job searching. Both of them landed a desirable job and credited your materials as a key factor. One candidate was a recent graduate and the other person was a seasoned professional. You are a Godsend!

Andy, I want to first say thank you for all the amazing content you have up on TH-cam; I just landed a fantastic job and as part of all my prep work, planning, focus, motivation, etc,. I was looking for some guidance and advice. There are many other coaches on TH-cam who I came across but nothing I found particularly relevant, actionable or effective across a wide range of topics, until I found your videos. Everything from job search and networking techniques, how to avoid burnout, how to best prepare for interviews and organize your stories...really so much gold here. And finally, I effectively negotiated my offer by utilizing your approach to not talk numbers at all until the end, and coming in with a value based counteroffer technique.
I just picked up a copy of the Zebra Code which I'm very much looking forward to reading.
Thank you for all you do, and all you share - you had a very positive impact in my job search and success!

I have a job interview tomorrow! I take that job, it is mine! I've got every job, when I have followed Andrew's advice! The real thing is: think about them, them and them. It works every time wonderfully! Good point in me is, that I loke to serve. I like to be helpful. On the othere hand, I'd like to get something in return, too... In s ome plces I have not got it. I htink the best recruite-result is when bots sides get what they need and want. Then it is successful. Of course, I do not know yet, if this job is the right for me. I am gonna figure it out tomorrow. But the information I got from them, feels like it could be my kind of place, that I fit in and I can help them in theis projects. Let's see! Thank you, Andrew! This video is helpful stress-releaser! :)

After this, I think I can use a single story to showcase my ability to help tranform a department and help the interviewer understand why my swithing industries can be an asset at the same time. Thanks, Andy, for providing a clear frame work. Happy 2025!
