Applying for a sales account executive at Fisher investments and I'm really worried! They said no experience needed and while I have no actual job experience in sales I run my own business which I feel confident is more than qualifying. I found your videos and I just have to say I really appreciate what you're doing, as someone who's young and never learned this important information I want to tell you you're making a huge difference for people. Once I can afford it I'll be a boot camper!

Hi Andy, long time fan here. Ive used your advice to get the last 4 jobs Ive held. I am currently interviewing for jobs and I am running into a challenge. Can you elaborate on or do a video on the best things to ask diring a phone screening please? I feel like not all of the ones you suggest will fit this scenario and a lot of the questions I want to ask cant be answered by the recruiter. Please help

Hi Andrew, I'm struggling to understand how exactly can I answer interview questions with this method in the 1st scenario I will give. I see 2 scenarios:
    1. First time I'm telling a story in CAAR method - at what point do I bring attention to the questioned competency I'm trying to showcase my aptitude towards? Do I just zoom in into a specific step in Approach 2 part, while ignoring others to answer the question while giving the story?
    2. Further questions are asked in the interview - I can reference back to the story and disect a specific part/step of it to show how I tackled some problem, etc.
Thanks for your videos, they help a lot!

I put a lot of effort into interview preparation, using STAR, SOAR, and CAAR methods along with using resources like templates, PDFs, and mock interviews. While I consistently deliver strong answers, any unexpected questions throws me off and prevent me to leave a lasting impression during the interview.

this is so INTJ-friendly! And I'm trying to get out of sales, and this technique is STILL refreshing to me the more I listen to you describe it! it's sure to pique their curiosity and ask questions - or, if they don't - treat the interview like a bad date and just walk away calmly afterwards.
