I had an in-person interview today with a major corporation, and the hiring manager started off with the "Tell me about yourself" question. However, it took a turn before I could answer when he says, "Nevermind, I don't give a crap about who you are. Just tell me where you work now or in the past." I literally about lost my composer with laughter!
Brilliant video Ineke! Incredible insight that I haven't seen on any other channel. You've explained it all so clearly in a way that I can implement easily. I'm feeling much more confident about my future interviews
Hi Ineke. This is extremely important information for my next interview with a panel of 4 members. Useful hints that I will draw upon. Thank you, very much appreciated. Please continue to provide your professional tips. Trixie Garland
I’m so glad I saw your video! I’m preparing a video application that specifically asked me to tell them about myself and I was about to spout my personal history, ugh. You may have just saved me from automatically being rejected. Wish me luck!
Lovely and Valuable. What value will I bring to this role? Have a system and a structure in place describing my professional experience that I bring to the role. For the organization
I'm 60 years old, I was recently doing a phone interview, I have already 17 years of experience in this position, from bottom to top, at no time did the interviewer ask me about my experience, at the end she asked me what I do when I wake up in the morning. W T F.
I know they don’t want to hire somebody older if everyone else is a millennial because they think because you have so much experience, you will guide everybody else. And it undermines the program directors leadership. Okey-dokey Well, back to the job search.
Tell Me About Yourself = What Value do you being to the table? What is in it for the company that could hire you? Focus on presentation and charisma for Leadership positions
I will appreciate if you can tell me about the interview questions and answers for the postion of administrative and finance officer with INGO. preferable the competency based questions with some concrete answers and examples

One of the hardest questions to answer in an interview, it’s so hard to speak about yourself in a positive way. Thanks for this, super helpful

Hate interviews, more often than not the most suitable ends up not getting the job. The best liars are the ones who gets the job.
Excellent!! And thank you!
😃
Thank you 🙏
Thanks 🎉
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! Brilliant.👌👌👌👌👌
The difficulty with this interview question lies in the fact that it isn't actually a question. 😅
Very grateful ❤
Start watching after the 2nd minute, first 2 minutes are worthless
Rude
Good luck in your interviews with that attitude
Soooo rude of you.
