    These snack bites are perfect to satisfy your sudden munchy cravings, great as a pre and post workout snack, as an energy booster and you can bring them to work or school. Believe me, you would want to eat the entire batch after taking your first bite. So be warned!
    RECIPES:
    1) Mini Protein Cupcakes
    Ingredients: 1 cup Rolled Oats, 2 scoops Protein Powder, 1 large Banana.
    2) 3-Ingredient Energy Booster
    Ingredients: 1 cup Prunes, 1 cup Goji Berries, 1 cup Sunflower Seeds.
    3) No-Bake Mini Cookie Dough
    Ingredients: 1 can Chickpeas, 1/4 cup Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey.
    All these recipes are super easy and versatile. With the basic 3 ingredients, you can jazz it up with all kind of ‘add-ins’ to suit your taste, such as chocolate chips, chia seeds, shredded coconut, any nuts or seeds and more.

    I made the no cook chickpea cookies. They are good. I might melt chocolate and roll it in that but next time I also might add some mini vegan chocolate chips. A slight crunch might be nice. Thanks for the recipe! I made it in about 5 mins.

    omg the cookie dough bites took all of 5 minutes to make and they're incredible. This is exactly what I've been looking for to calm my sweet tooth.

    I made all of them!The chickpea one is so amazing!You can't feel the chickpea at all but it is so satisfying. My boyfriend and I were craving something sweet and after 2 pieces we were so full! They taste just like cookie dough.Thank you for these amazing recipes!

    Don't have a food processor so had to make the cookie dough balls by hand with a potato masher, definitely don't have to do arms today

    I usually love your recipes, but I'll be honest with you. Those chickpea balls were... Not my type of snack. I first tried them normal, then I baked them for a long time to get some of the moisture out and they turned brown-ish and hard on the outside and soft inside, but I still didn't like them. But I'll definitely make them again. My dog loves them (that's not meant to be mean, btw), and I think they're a lot better for her than normal treats. Can't wait to try the energy bars, though! :)

    These are so great! I will try the energy bar the prunes scare me though. The first one I will definitely use because I bought some chocolate protein powder but haven't used it. I just prefer yogurt and other things for protein.

      Hello (; is there any chance you still remember how much chickpeas you used? I found it confusing of how much chickpeas I should use in grams/cups, since companies can pack them into different size of cans

      cooked. You can eat them right out of the can if desired.

    Thanks so much I'm vegan my toddler is fussy never eats tofu or veg so I can add tofu to smoothies and make things like the chickpea cookie balls and she will hopefully eat them that way. Thanks again for the ideas

      Garbanzo beans. One of the most inexpensive items in the grocery store. Right next to the red or black beans.
