Made this for my coworkers, but used raisins instead of cranberries and everyone loved this. It was a little dense, not overly sweet & could pass as a granola bar as well. I even added chopped nuts and coconut flakes, thanks for this recipe. It can be changed up in so many ways.

2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, mix makes 12 biscuits. Cook at 350 F for 15 min.

I respectfully don't agree it needs some sort of moisture. Imho. 3 ingredients don't matter if it's too dry no one will eat it .

You could toast the oats in a pan - they will be cooked , mix with banana and raisins nuts or whatever .Form into cookies cook them slowly in a little oil the pan .
