I discovered you today. Currently having friends over for ludo and drinks. I thought …let me try it his way. Your commentary on saltfish and the way you cleaned it was on point. So I went in with the sautéed veggies. First time hearing of this method! Was not brave enough to try the milk.
Result: Your recipe was the bomb!!! Such a huge difference in flavor! I trust you enough to try the milk next time. @ folks watching this, please like and subscribe. We need to hear more from him.

👍🏾👍🏾 I have to try this and sauteing the ingredients made a huge difference. Never considered doing that.

That's the fancy way cuz back in the day we made ghetto version that was extra crispy with green scallion and salt fish only.
    This method has Trini vibez.

You should have burn the Curry n the garlic together then add them to the batter. Using milk is different for me its a NO!! i will rather try a vegetable broth to mix the batter, No water.. Anyways its an ok recipe.

Young man, how many restaurants did you cook for. Did you learn at a culinary institute? If so they taught you well, but I suspect you could have learned from granny or mummy. Please indicate which it is Sir. Please and Thanks!!!
