    Who would've thought tricep exercises could hurt without even any equipment 😆 if my arms get sore tomorrow, I'll be happy bc it's been a loooooong while.

    I love how calm your workouts are - they always feel like such a good way to start the day - thank you for making them, Rachel :) I really like the way this one uses your own body tension for most of the exercises - do you have a similar one for the legs?

    In my anatomy class, I learned that out of the three elbow flexors (biceps brachii, brachialis, and bracioradialis), the biceps only flex when the forearms are supinated, not when they're in a neutral grip. Wouldn't the first two exercise you label as "biceps" actually be working the brachialis and brachioradialis instead?

    One of my wrists really hurts when when I go into a plank. Any advice on how to counter that?
    Also, I was just thinking about what kind of workouts can tone your arms without equipment, so good thing I watched this vid 👍

      you can do on your elbow !

      The second example of the plank (the inserted footage) shows an elbow plank. Takes the weight off your wrists and (I think) actually works your core a little more, so it's win-win. Just make sure that your elbows are directly under your shoulders and you keep your butt down. :)
