A very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to you and your family.
I hear about new records from the same source as you. I get mailings from Acoustic Sounds, Craft, & The In Groove. I also get mailings from Elusive Disc who carries a lot of audiophile vinyl. The I watch Mike from The ‘In’ Grooves new arrivals videos every Thursday. Plus I watch the Analogue Productions videos.
As for retirement, I retired 16 months ago now. My wife & I have enough money in our retirement fund that I can comfortably buy what I want. My wife is all for it and actually encourages me to buy the records I want. Like your wife, my wife knows how happy records make me. My happiness makes her happy. Plus she has also become a bit if an audiophile too. We listen to many records together on the weekend or mornings before she goes to work.
I will say now that the record pressing plants seem to be caught up there is less of a sense of FOMO. After the Steely Dan Pretzel Logic UHQR, which I found very disappointing, I have started waiting for the reviews before ordering. Usually the UHQR’s and other high quality pressing are announced far enough in advance and that gives you time to plan your budget. Same goes for the titles in the Tone Poet and BN Classic series. With the pressing plants caught up, you can hold of buying a Tone Poet or Classic Series and get another record now that may be more limited. Also maybe you can monetize your channel which will give you some funny money to buy more records.
Our tastes are quite similar & we have many of the same titles. Here are mine:

I would also suggest you look into Intervention Records. They are a small specialty label that releases high quality pressings curated by the owner Shane Buettner. He presses records he likes from mostly all analog sources. They don’t have a huge catalogue of titles & they go in and out of stock, but the titles they do have sound amazing. I have 3 Matthew Sweet titles by them and they sound incredible. Audiophile pressing of some of my favorite Power Pop records.

What I meant was as your channel continues to add subscribers and you keep putting out more great videos, hopefully you will be able to get some more funny money to feed your "habit"

Box sets include more then just one LP
I have 4 uhqrs and the white stripes is a very good sounding album , I have 3 one steps that impex have done and they are outstanding , I am not a fan of the mo fi albums only have 1 x 1 step , they also issue a lot of there albums again and again .
