Great topic! Have around 600 lps, and over half of them are fusion! Missed many Rock concerts because I was at Fusion concerts!! Jeff Lorber Fusion, Hiroshima, Yellowjackets, Wayne Johnson Trio, Pat Metheny, Lyle Mays solo concert, Azymuth, Fourplay, Larsen-Feiten Band, etc.etc. Many of these groups I checked out more than once. Thanks for your awesome selections/recommendations!Time to go shopping!!
New subscriber today, Bill Evans sax my fav, have you heard Robben Ford and Bill do "Don't Let the Sun Catch you Crying" ? Looking forward to your shows. I have so much gratitude for you all who do videos on GREAT music. tysvm So glad I found you here.
One of my favs from your list is Jeff Beck, he has funk, soul, rock, jazz, blues, all the sounds I love Prog 🙂 Pat Metheny had a sexy grove especially their track Are You Going With Me. My husband likes Stuart Hamm, He is a Bassist. Nice selection
Al Di Meola is great! I'd like to find that album! I have a couple albums by Shadowfax on the Windham hill label. I like their new age stuff too. Great video! You had a few in there I haven't heard of.
Nice picks. I had Watercourse Way on vinyl for the longest time until I moved and got rid of all my records. ' Shadowfax certainly took a turn toward a more commercial sound after that one. And, Brand X was indeed an excellent showcase for the phenomenal drumming of Phil Collins.
Love Holdsworth
@@zarg05 thx for watching Zarg and I love new people watching my shows.
