Great topic! Have around 600 lps, and over half of them are fusion! Missed many Rock concerts because I was at Fusion concerts!! Jeff Lorber Fusion, Hiroshima, Yellowjackets, Wayne Johnson Trio, Pat Metheny, Lyle Mays solo concert, Azymuth, Fourplay, Larsen-Feiten Band, etc.etc. Many of these groups I checked out more than once. Thanks for your awesome selections/recommendations!Time to go shopping!!

One of my favs from your list is Jeff Beck, he has funk, soul, rock, jazz, blues, all the sounds I love Prog 🙂 Pat Metheny had a sexy grove especially their track Are You Going With Me. My husband likes Stuart Hamm, He is a Bassist. Nice selection

I love that you have 4 Bill Evans albums in your list. Living In The Crest of a Wave is the soundtrack in the background of this video!

Al Di Meola is great! I'd like to find that album! I have a couple albums by Shadowfax on the Windham hill label. I like their new age stuff too. Great video! You had a few in there I haven't heard of.

Do you have the Jean Luc Ponty album King Kong. Tony Williams is one of my favorite drummers.

Nice picks. I had Watercourse Way on vinyl for the longest time until I moved and got rid of all my records. '
Shadowfax certainly took a turn toward a more commercial sound after that one.
And, Brand X was indeed an excellent showcase for the phenomenal drumming of Phil Collins.
