  • Today thanks to our friend Lord Necrorder, we prepare NEIPA Beer using the DRY HOPPING technique.
    In fact, for New England Indian Pale Ale beers, the hopping is done dry putting it directly in the fermenter.

    Pilsner malt is my favorite for brewing. Oatmeal I have not used, but need to try it. That's a very spectacular looking beer 🍺

    Hiii, thanks for the excellent recipe, I did everything and today is the day that I bottled the beer! 😊, but unfortunately I forgot to remove the airlock when I bottled my first bottle, and a small amount of whiskey that as been in the airlock got inside the beer 😢😢( like 15ml) I bottled all the bottles after the accident.
    Do you think it’s going to ruin the beer?

      @@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato ok if you mean to say the starch conversion process, the alpha amalyse enzyme breaks down at 71C. You should not exceed 75C water for the grain. You risk taking out the tannins. I am surprised the beer is fine
