Hi Andrea thanks for another great video on homemade beer. Can you please tell what temperature (roughly) you store the beer when fermenting? Is it OK at room temp? or it should be in colder space? Thanks again!
But if there is a slight(undetectable) infection in the previous batch it will be magnified in the next batch. Eventually it can become undrinkable if the bad bacteria keeps getting re-introduced into successive batches.
Perfect timing on the video 😁 thank you, Mabe in the futur you would do a game? Ex: take some ingridients and put them in some coverd boxes and give them numbers. Then pleople should vote numbers, and top 5 numbers (highest votes) will be used to cook someting. Let me know what you think 😅 And again thank you for posting, its always entertaining to watch 😊 Cheers, Lucian
Nice 👏 You also said Grappa. I loved it. Awaiting Grappa video 🍺👍 Suppose I try it, how do I ensure it is safe to drink. Is there any bacteria or fungi test? It's a warm country here. Ensuring water and containers that used are of clean and good hygiene. Post fermation checks or tests - like smell, color or any industry recommended test? Njoy
This a great recipe for making a faux beer. It is in a similar way that ujssm sour corn mash whisky recipe uses sugar for ABV and corn for the flavor. I've been thinking very much about trying this because ingredients for making beer are very expensive and difficult to get. So basically this recipe uses the sugar for ABV and the yeast, hops and grain for the beer flavor.. Does it really taste like a beer?
Very nice... And very cheap beer INGREDIENT... But i want to asking you ... You always have a yeast on bottom on bottle every you brew the beer? I look your beer in every brew your beer is very clear. I Brew my own beer always hazy and got some yeast on the bottom on bottle.. I mad about that.. I use safale us 04. What is the key of clear beer... Please help?
1...bro my question is that 2...when u were boiling the hops at that time if u put sugar in it 3...what negative effect will be seen...?? 4...is my question
i have question🙋 As i watched many videos on vodka whiskey, tequila, i wondered why they don't make alcohol with just Sugar? Instead of wasting grain, potato and some other food sources. Bqz many of people, this alcohol products mix with other drink or use to make cocktails 🍸 out of it and changing flavour of the original source of ingredients.
Good morning my friend how are everything good I'm not understanding before what to put some cooking before and I'm not understand what his name please tell me coffee how many gram is how many gram so please one by one incident thank you
Sir, do you have any way in which the beer is absolutely clean and also becomes gas after filling it in the bottle. When I give more time to clean the beer, the amount of gas (carbon dioxide) in the beer is negligible. To make it again, I add sugar, fill it in a bottle, wait for 15 days and open it, then the beer comes out clean but there is no gas in it. We cannot use gelatin as we are vegetarians. We hope you have a way to clean a beer that does not use non-vegetarian ingredients.
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato i store bottles normal room temperature at dark place in home 15-20 day. yes after 20 day change bottles in refrigerator. i am from India and my state in normally 28 to 38 degree temperature.
You can add bentonite to the it to clear it. Every type of yeast has its own properties when it comes to alcohol tolerance and temperature tolerance. When one of these is not ok, the beer will not start to ferment again in the bottles.
I'm sorry, but it's not even kvass. It's a kind of kilju, or pruno, or braga. It could be good for a prisoner or an alcoholic, but not for a free healthy person. It contains a lot of impurities. Don't brew and drink it if you have any other options.

Hi Andrea thanks for another great video on homemade beer. Can you please tell what temperature (roughly) you store the beer when fermenting? Is it OK at room temp? or it should be in colder space? Thanks again!
Room temperature 👍🏼 21*C will be fine
I was waiting for new video😁perfect as usual ❤❤❤

So easy nice recipe 👌👍
Thanks 😊
You can also use the active yeasts in the sediment in your next batch of beer..... fermentation happens very quickly using this method.
But if there is a slight(undetectable) infection in the previous batch it will be magnified in the next batch. Eventually it can become undrinkable if the bad bacteria keeps getting re-introduced into successive batches.

I'd mix the yeast with warm water and sugar and make sure it kicks in before adding it to the fermetor. It takes 10 mins to find out. Cheers : )

at 4:24........why u did not put sugar ...when you were boiling hops....?
Because the sugar was already in the fermenter

6.6 % + 0.5 of what ? of sugar or the size of the bottle is 0.5 L ?
Alcohol after the fermentation of the sugar
You should consider adding yeast nutrient and di-ammonium phosphate.
