More than D I didn't get for the scouts into archers one. What I did better was scouting the full map while doing the build, so I got that working for me.
Does the mod give you details about the grade? E.g. you got C because you didn't do x, y, z quite the best. I only seem to get grade in the end but no info about what were the suboptimalities or at least which targets I missed. Am I missing something?
Any more videos on build orders comming up? Really would like to see an archer one at A+. Also my map is different after the vietnamese eco patch. Which seed (in editor) did you use for this video?

You play with the Vietnamese, whose economic bonuses don't cost any wood. This probably affects how easy it is to reach, given that houses, blacksmith, and farms are essential to get the timing right.
Has anyone else noticed his map is upside down compared to how it is in the real scenario? His berries are at the top instead of the bottom etc. I've played the scenario several times and it's always like his map but flipped. Maybe there is some command to flip map I'm unaware of or he is playing an older version of the scenario? Anyway the video is still useful! ty!
Seems bugged right now. I only got a A+ for uptime and 6 scouts, but then only a C for castle. I retried, utterly optimised the castle time by using a market for a 15:xx uptime, and still only received a C.
I am always getting reasonable (A+/A) ranks on feudal, but then my final rating is hardly ever better than C. I have no idea what I am doing wrong in the feudal age, but this happens consistently with virtually every single BO. :/ What I also noticed is that my berries always finish way sooner (like at least 20 secs sooner) before the guide tells me to do something with the vills on the berries even though I always double check that I don't have more on them, and I even started compensating by building the extra houses with always vills on berries. In BOs where the berry vills just go to wood this isn't much of a concern, but when I'm tight on wood and they were supposed to build farms it slows down my progress considerably.
If the berries finish early send them to gold so that you have 5 there. If you want to go into knights in castle age you should have more gold anyway so that's not really an issue
hey guys, I almost have this build down but @2:08 the boar stays near the TC for him, which isnt the case in the game right now and I always end up eating a sheep and a boar at the same time and many times have some idle time bcause I forget to drop off boar food :(
Should you send scouts to attack the enemy ASAP or wait until you have 6 ready? I usually do the former, and then add additional scouts as they are created, but obviously this means your opponent can react with spears before you're at full strength. If I'm pocket in team games I like to hit the enemy flank ASAP, then pull back when they make spears, wait until I'm at full strength, and then go for my opposing pocket.
3 scouts can make for a lot of idle time. just send them out when you have 3 and keep adding more. don't need to kill villagers, just get idle time on woodline, berries etc
@@stijnhintzen Cost to effectiveness needs to be taken into account. If you can't kill or make them idle enough to waste more resources than you've spent on scouts isn't that you failing?
150booyadragon 2 scouts can make them idle for a start, that’s better than to just wait. But waiting can be an ok stray too, IF you don’t show your hand to the enemy.
How do you make the board stand under your TC for all eternity. I always have it walking away at random times so by the team I let my villager come back out the boar is already out of sight and it's game over with the timing.
When I load up the first interactive BO on the list after installing the mod(which includes my game restart) your narration is absent unfortunately...Is this a problem or was I wrong in my presumption that your narration was supposed to be guiding players throughout the BO?
agentx9 equals I read posts of people having the same problem. Some told restart would do. But you did as you told. Maybe restart pc. Narrator guides you.
9:49 - It is just garrison (alt + right-click). It is better than right clicking the town hall because the villagers will not collide on the way there and you can use the garrison button on the town hall after to have them go back to the farms they were on. 2:46 - He does it with right click when the villagers are already under the town hall.
I clicked to castle at 17:10 with 800 wood in the bank and got F, even though feel like it was better than F. I did accidentally build extra vils during dark age so I guess the mission got messed up.
@@cicero8676 I guess that's fair. I keep getting F from all missions except the ones where Castle age is a determining factor (Knights or Unique unit build orders).
In BO 3,5,6. You will be given an C as final grades even if you finish all the things in time (as shown in the triggers 3a+). I have finished all the missions with a+ except for these three final grades. I don't know how to contact Cicero. Anyone knows how to contact Cicero, please tell Cicero to fix this. Thank you.
@@cicero8676 Thank you for reply, but I have found the problem. It is because I clicked up without reaching the threshold for viliagers. For example, you set 39 villagers as the threshold for getting an A+ in addition to the threshold of up time (in 3.Sounts-Archers). I clicked up in time but with less than 39 villagers and failed to get an A+. I think it's better to indicate the number of villagers in Objectives of each mission.
@@mustafaoliwy282 When you use 8 shepherds, I'm not sure if it's not entirely negligible to have 8 over 4+4. Spirit of the law has a video on the topic: th-cam.com/video/B0FoBJbqNsI/w-d-xo.html . When you have 8 on one, they finish a sheep very quickly and you might make a mistake/they end up splitting towards two or even worse three sheep, possibly also not under your TC that you "parked", where as 4+4 might be tad easier to manage. I would guess 4+4 vs 8 decay rate/final food gathered is in practice so similar that it's literally neglibile. Thus you should do what you're more confident with. I try to make it a habbit gather 1 at a time. In the M@A -> Archers, you are left with 9 boarhunters at a point. The guide doesn't tell you to make 1 farm at that point, and even doing so is abit tight (it happens around 19-20 pop where u want both a barrack, mining camp and a house). Looking forward to @ZeroEmpires vid of M@A -> archers. I'm quite an "old" newb, but of what I hear the M@A -> archers is one of the tighter feudal BO's. Managing to get a C atm.

Because the Bo follows the time of the game and not your actions. It means you went too fast on something

Either that or to wood, in the case you want to boom it's ok to have 12 on wood or even more to be sure that you can build the extra tcs right away.
Are the prompts based on 3 boars being present? Because there's definitely only 2 on the map currently available for download.

I'm a noob but I personally think you should wait until at LEAST 3 but usually 4 or else the unupgraded scouts won't be able to accomplish anything

It is working as intended. Your Castle time was good, but your Feudal time and 6 scouts benchmarks were less good so your grade was capped.

Perhaps it's because the population...
I am guessing you idled your TC to click up, or otherwise had a fair bit of idle TC? This will limit your grade.

8 villagers can collect from a single sheep, why do you split them into 2 groups?
Maybe because the crowd when they're walking
having 8 vills on a single sheep isn't going to help much. rather split them in two to get two sheeps done.
You want 8 on boar not sheep.
