To others viewing this. That fence table extension needs support at the end of it. Break those trunnions on that saw from that leverage and your band saw is toast.

Picked up a closed cabinet one as well for $50 and got a new blade, cleaned it up, and made my first cut. My motor says 1/2 HP, but for the price....

Great video - you got a lot of info into a little bit of time. I need to get that fence for my Model 14. Looks like a 1/2" blade - what is the pitch?

You can actually replace those trunnions or the trunnion mounting plate. Just Google rockwell bandsaw parts.
