I know how much hard work I do, wake up early dn have warm water dn at day time I have detox water,do regular exercise, avoid junk,oily food & sweets....I am punctual in every work+ eating. Still people who doesn't know me close leaves a comment Like maybe sneha you sleep a lot, do exercises sneha, don't eat so much Maggie( and Maggie is the hatemost food for me), i cook but i never had that... We live in US and cook everything ourselves. Outside food is very bad. Who will make these dal, sabzi, chicken, soup, salad on a daily basis for us?? How do we control portion and lose weight. We have no option but to load up on what we have been able to cook- mostly dal chawal/roti sabzi. For vegetarians esp. how do we lose weight?
Hello Anshika, I am a nutritionist who want to help women lose weight and take control of their lives. These are some things that I do staying outside India: 1) eat oats every single day: yes I know you will feel horrible thinking but trust me this helps a lot. my oatmeal is steelcut oats, handful of nuts, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 serving of blueberries and rasperberries frozen in soya milk.This has a total of 20 g protein. If you dont like soya milk try using cows milk. dont go for extra low fat as that will contribute to sugar spike. 2) prepare something indian mostly. soya chunks, paneer, tofu, chole, rajma, chana etc everything has protein. 1 serving of veggie per person, reduce carbs and amp up the protein 3) dinner i eat eggs but you can try eating some simple high protein salad. it will help. I know you might think that you will get bored with all of this. but trust me if you have a healthy lifestyle it will save you all the hosp bills in US and you will be able to spread joy and happines. If you feel you are bored because of eating same food then try learning a new skill a hobby like sports art music or dance and you will feel happier. for workouts, one of the best ones is the animal flow workout. you just need your body to get started .
