    1600m running weightloss
    Running for Weight loss
    This Series is for both genders.
    For Athletes who have their belly and thigh fat can reduce up to max 5 to 6 kg in a month. Which will reduce their belly and thigh fat to a very extent Without Affecting your training.
    For 1600m people, those who have just started there running can reduce their weight up to 10 to 12 kg in a month. After following it for another month they will get their optimum result. Once they have lost a good amount of fat, then you can start their high-intensity training for reducing time.

    For Athletes
    Already in Practise -> To Reduce 0.5 kg weight/week = reduce 500cal/day
    Beginners (1600m preparing ) -> loss1 kg weight/week = reduce 1000cal/day
    For non athetes 1.5kg weight/week = reduce 1500cal/day

    Sir weight bahut teji se kam ho raha hai speed endurance workout me 55 kg se 52 kg pe aa gya 😔 1600 meter ki workout karta hu, mera time sahi aata hai 5 minute se jayada to kabhi nhi aata hai agar mai speed endurance workout karta hu tab bhi
    Aur mai Rojana ka 50 to 60 rupaye tak kharch kar sakta hu
    To sir budget diet plan bata dijiye sir please q ki mere jaise hi hai gaon ke sabhi ladke jo army ki taiyari karte hai kuchh logo ko chhod ke

      yeh sare sources protein ke hai inme thode hi carbs hai.. isko continue rakho. plus add carbohydrates for weight gain Carbs sources are- aloo, chawal, roti, brown rice, bread, milk, sweet potato. tum 3 times carbs le skte ho. Follow this diet for 3 weeks if you want to increase your weight.

      sprinters ke liye muscle development bahut jaruri hai.. at beginning go for light weight's with more no of reps(25 to 30) do this for 2 weeks. once you have developed enough strength u can go for moderate weights with reps 10 to 15 and 3 sets each exercise.
