    Another research.. Although there's more fat loss during the workout time in brisk walk.. however, the whole day after the workout is often ignored.if we compare the fat loss in the whole day after the run/walk.. There is going to be more fat loss post-run as compared to post-brisk-walk because of high maintenance calorie required during the day... In totality, it'll be same amount of fat loss in both the case.. Please correct me if I'm wrong :)
