JJULLER I just looked into it and apparently he was under contract until Phantom Pain was released and Konami simply did not renew it or Kojima did not want to.
Man, I bet once Kojima is done with the new Metal Gear, he'll finally get around to doing a new Zone of the Enders at Kona- ....oh... ....oh, that doesn't feel good...The series is dead boys.
It's dead… Konami said, well the HD collection didn't sell well, so I guess there's not enough fans out there for ZOE…. Maybe we can hope that Kojima will take a page out of Kamia's book and make an even hyper new IP.
PureMetalDragon Truth is it didn't even know there was a HD collection, but I have both games on the PS2 some where in my house. Both 100% unlocked. lol there is no way I have the free time to do that again.
"Why is Nohman so evil?!" Well, if you'd guys had watched Idolo/Dolores you'd know why. Orbital Frames without AIs have a dangerous effect on the minds of their runners. Over time there's some kind of subconscious link that occurs that amplifies human ID and it can make the negative human emotions much stronger and more dangerous. Nohman went from violent revolutionary into completely insane despot. The original pilot of Idolo became totally immersed in the power Idolo gave him and eventually became drunk on his own power. Orbital Frames like Jehuty, which have an AI, filters the neural link the pilot interface has. Therefore it mitigates/stops the deterioration that an unfiltered neural link provides. As much as they shit on the Dolores anime it was a good 90s style anime. Not a great zone of the enders anime, but a good anime on it's own. Idolo on the other hand is fucking awesome (also, spoiler alert: Dolores is a sequel to Idolo.)
Jirekianu Not to mention two more possible reasons on top of what you mentioned that pile up on Nohman's evilness: The first is Delphi, Anubis's AI, who can be heard at one point in the game saying "I was created... to destroy... all", implying either that Delphi's programming influenced an already-poisoned-by-metatron Nohman into an uncontrollable destruction fetish, or that Delphi's programming got corrupted by Nohman's metatron-induced insanity and they both spiralled into madness by influence of each other and the metatron radiation. The other is that I don't remember where exactly, but it was mentioned somewhere that metatron is not only _sentient_ but also _malignant_ in nature, implying there's some sort of evil lovecraftian consciousness flowing through the metatron and that this entity is what has turned runners like Nohman and Idolo's pilot into genocidal madmen. It's actually pretty spooky.
I think it's actually more likely that Nohman corrupted the AI. It could also be that Anubis was designed from the get go to be more malicious/offensively focused. I think it's less that metatron itself is inherently malicious as it is an amplifier. Nohman was NOT a good person, and the rudimentary intelligence that was his AI was tainted by that and amplified his own dangerous impulses, pushing them both to new dangerous extremes. Where as Jehuty had a scared child as it's pilot who just wanted to help his family and fellow colonists. So Jehuty started from a base of neutrality with good impulses shaping it, even more so with Dingo in ZOE 2. I think in Idolo's case the AI wasn't there as a filter or framework for the rudimentary consciousness that formed in the prototype orbital frame's software. So what happened was it gave said pilot what he wanted. He wanted his wife back, and he wanted power. So it gave them to him. The problem was he started to go nuts cause it was influencing him. It's kind of like the AI Sharon from the macross film that wanted to give Isamu pure joy, even if it meant killing him for one last great rush of pleasure and excitement so that he was "as happy as he could be". Out of some twisted inhuman form of love. I think the same thing is going on with Idolo, where the AI of the frame bonded with him, and didn't have a human framework to operate off of. So it ultimately became more deranged as he did. Basically, I think metatron bonds to whoever uses it when it's a device like an orbital frame. So what ends up happening is that they feed off of and amplify each other.
It's clear that no matter any other details it's clear that metatron defies known physics not only in how it can manipulate gravity, high energy particles, and basically bend normal physics over. But that it's also operating at an extremely subjective quantum physics level where it starts to tweak with the way that people work fundamentally and vice versa.
Yeap, it's actually very interesting and a bit macabre at the same time... I wish they had actually mentioned Nohman's metatron poisoning at some point in ZoE 2 along with a little subtitle fix at the part where Delphi speaks (because since it's the same voice actress that does Ada's voice, a lot of people think it's Ada saying that line). Just those two things wouldn't fully explain why Nohman is so evil, but they're enough to make most people put two and two together and at least get an idea of why: Narcissistic sadist in a high military rank/place of power and a Terminator-like genocidal AI influencing each other + radiation poisoning from an alien metal with extremely powerful and unexplained reality-bending properties + one of the two/three most godlike-powerful orbital frames ever built in existence + a galaxy-destroying super weapon literally waiting for someone to trigger it = "Holy crap, that *_is_* a very good reason why this guy is such a monster and why I need to stop him! D:".
After all these years of loving the series, I got a little more educated reading your comment. I even watched the anime movie and the series, and didn't really pick up on this, or remember it. Glad to have it in my head now. Also, the comments about Delphi speaking: I had no idea at any point that it was not ADA saying that. I love the Dolores anime. I thought it was fun. I watched it on a deployment, and had a great time with it. When they arbitrarily just shit on it cause it didn't have Jehuty or Anubis, I almost just shut down their video, since they dismissed the anime so unjustly.
"KOJIMA PRACTICALLY OWNS KONAMI NOW." "IF YUOR NAME IS KOJIMA, YOU BASICALLY GOT THE JOB." Oh how naive we were to have had such bright hopes for the future. Q_Q
Unfortunately, Beyond is only one part of David Cage's Web of Evil. They still have the other bosses to go through before they reach the Emperor of Sadness.
Can you level up your health and subenergy all the way without grinding the enemies before the final boss? I know you don't need that much health to beat the game but I've never seen the bars full.
I used to farm at the beginning in Bahram battleship in room that had portal that spawned those small robots if you manage to stay in killin spree you get 999xp(max xp per kill) for each slash = a lot of levels the highest lvl I got to was around 13lvl then I got bored...that's one way to get massive hp/sub energy for the rest of the game :D
Brett Carlyle Nuzlocke had more charm, MadWorld is just Matt trying to explain to Woolie how cool the game is and keeps trying to foreshadow cool things unsuccessfully while Woolie gets confused and when he actually tries to play the game his own way, Matt sandbags him. At least Nuzlocke for it's flaws was very memeable and had the Wrestler/Rapper names to make fun of.
17:43 _FUN FACT TIME_ the guy who drew killing joke actually stopped doing sequential art, he still did covers after . he said he preferred doing his own colorwork, and the killing joke kind of turned him off letting others color his work for him ever again. i personally liked the original color palette.

From what I've heard (not sure of this is official or not), the reason for the cockpit's placement is because orbital frames are somewhat fragile compared to most other mecha, meaning that a solid blow to the torso (where the pilot is usually located) would result in serious injury or death. By placing it where it currently is, the pilot has a reduced risk of being incapacitated, and in case of emergency, the pod can serve as an escape shuttle without needing to clear any extra plating as you would need if piloting from the torso (or in the case of Code Geass's mechs, a giant "hunchback" on the mech).
Zone of the Enders 2 is legitimately perfect in every way. It's a 10/10. Everytime I hear Beyond the Bounds or a variation of it I get chills and almost tear up due to the utter hype and the tragic nature of the song. It's just too good.
MasterAsra They do, though. They tried the one year development time once and it didn't work, so they scrapped the idea. Ubisoft has been getting shit about annual releases for years now and they don't seem to give a shit. EA are bad, but at least they're trying nowadays. Ubisoft just doesn't give a shit about your.
OH MAN ! Imagine the ghost form P.T. appearing for the walking dead guy and saying "You've proven your bravery to me... for this is the courage that'll pierce the heavens !!" *points at the sky, opening a hole in the clouds, while the fog clears up revealing an awesome mecha*
slifer875 ... what ? Wait, so MGS 5 has a refference to both ZOE 2 and P.T ; Could it be a nod to games Kojima will/is work(ing) at the moment (which would explain why he didn't straigth up just left the company) I just want ZOE 3 T-T
Silent Hills will have its own version of the UFO ending, but instead of being a UFO, it is Jehuty and he hands the protagonist a copy of ZOE 3, and he burst into tears of joy.
Seeing this just makes me depressed that Konami is now on the train of ruining Metal Gear forever by continuing it without Kojima. Say what you will about not ever getting a ZOE3 but at least it won't be turned into a shallow shell of its former self, Castlevania and Silent Hill suffered this and you know MGS will too once Konami's done with it.
Oh, God.... This episode video is so depressing. Hearing how excited the guys are about Kojima saving Silent Hills and how great a director he is is so sad considering the fact that he's leavong Konami at the end of the year and Silent Hill is doomed once again. All due to Konami being Konami.
I really hope he leaves Silent Hill with a good script, plot, notes, and characters so that we get one final good bye and a good silent hill game once again. Of course this depends on Konami not doing anything stupid... please save us Kojima sama.
Heavily Augmented what has Konami done wrong exactly that they deserve to die more than Capcom? from what i saw Konami still made games and not decent, but actually good games.
I hope they have a THQ-style IP sale. I hope someone gets Silent Hill and knows what to do with it and how to bring it back, like how Capcom made RE good again with Revelaitons 2. Metal Gear is over after 5 anyway since I can't imagine anyone wanting to step in and try to pick up the pieces after Kojima. Also how good would it be to see *Platinum presents Castlevania* at a future E3
42:00 The hardest yet MOST SATISFYING thing in this level is getting the V-Cannon to work & just swing it across the map. You can literally wipe a good chunk of them off the map.
I am still bummed that ZoE 3 is not happening :( We need more Mecha games man, From software might revive interest due to they're new Armored Core, I hope it does...
The intro to Z.O.E 2 was used as a trailer in an Official PS2 Magazine UK demo disc. When I saw it being played in a GAME store, I bought that issue and watched the trailer at home 5 times that night; the last 3 times in a row. I was THAT psyched.
When I bought this game back then I loved it so much but I was sad at the same time because I got no one to talk to about it... Now that I've seen this video.. I'm glad there's other people that love this game too.
The field battle escorting the Earth LEVs is perhaps the mission I like the most. "Hectic" doesn't even begin to describe it between jetting from one point to another, surrounded by enemies, shooting, dodging, and trying to revive downed allies.
It’s 2018 now and I still come back to this video, just to watch the first 15 minutes and nothing else.I really don’t care much about the game, but hearing them get hype about about the intro always gets me hype by osmosis.
Anybody else want them to play the "Another Century's Episode" game series? It plays like Armored Core but it's a huge Mecha crossover game like Super Robot Wars! =D
One of my all time favorite games!! The attention to detail is soooo goooooood. On my second play through as a kid, I noticed that The fake Anubis wasn't real by the fact that the neon lights on the body wasn't red as whenever Jehuty and Anubis are together they both have red neon lights. Sheer genius in design all the way through.
As someone who hasn't had the opportunity to play ZOE yet (and who hadn't really seen any gameplay before now), lemme just say that the big battle scene with the LEVs looks downright stunning. It's like the really awesome part from Iron Man 2 where the Hammeroids surround Tony and Rhodey in the garden, and what follows is 40 seconds of nothing but gunfire and explosions.
For the record Yoji Shinkawa is the designer and worked on Metal Gear. From my understanding he hasn't worked on any Gundam series but has displayed interest in doing so. The closest as far as I know he has came is Frame Arms.
This channel always has the hypest intros for its special shows. Cryme Tyme, the new Machinima opening, this and the last weeks...just to name a few. Makes every video so much fun, right from the start. :)
Can we just take a second to talk about dat intro? DAT SRW INTRO. SO MANY REFERENCES THAT I CAN ONLY GUESS AT. Gurren Woolie with the bionic arm, Lagann Pat, Arm Slave Liam-senpai, Punisher Gundam OH MAH GAWD.
3 years later, rewatching this in 2018 because I was playing Senko No Ronde 2, which really, *really* feels like a 2D ZOE duel mode. Makes me hope another mechaweek happens eventually. And hope that Senko No Ronde makes it into the list because it's such a crazy series.
Ive had the ZOE collection shrinkwrapped on my games shelf for months now. Going through persona 4 and disgaea but this has spurred me on to opening it and finally seeing all the hype robot action
Also, on that discussion at the start, I have to agree with Pat. Jehuty has a place in my heart, but Anubis is probably the sickest Mech design I've ever seen.
The levels of hype they were giving me during the intro to this game we exactly what I wanted. I freaking LOVE Z.O.E. Please Kojima, somehow MAKE Z.O.E. 3 HAPPEN!!!!
The intros were so hype that I paused the video and went to amazon and got the hd collection. When I beat the games I'll be back to finish the video until then I'll bookmark this video.
This game is fucking amazing, there is nothing else like it. Here's hoping Platinum can save the series. The depressing part of this is that konami based whether or not the ZOE3 would happen on the sales of the HD collection which didn't run well or sell well enough. Also Nohman may be evil due to metatron poisoning. TL;DR Fuck Konami and their lazyness.
The best prediction being an even match is so much like how ME3 will save your odds of winning against the Reapers are even once you completely fill the War Assets bar.
Did you guys know that "Zakat" is an obligatory act ordained by Allah (The Glorified and Exalted) to be performed by every adult and able bodied Muslim. It is an important pillar among the five pillars of Islam. Zakat is a part of the wealth and property that Muslims must pay annually, to help the poor of their community." why they named a orbital frame after that not sure why though.
japan has a habit of naming things after things with either a really good understanding of it or no understanding at all (it just sounds cool) Zakat... is the latter.
Fun fact: Those LEVs are actually fully capable of holding their own for the first few minutes of the Raptor brawl. They even have their own move lists! They use missile barrages, melee attacks, and heavy rifles. It's just that a poor LEV can't match the numbers of the unmanned models, or the high performance ones. In all of BAHRAM, they only have a few elites, but those few are all they need to turn the tide of the whole war. In the ZOE TV show, you can see the advance model LEVs actually shooting down the boss Frames from the first game like Nebula and Tempest.
Poor Shuyo Murata. He writes, directs, and designs Z.O.E but Kojima still gets all the credit even though the box only says he produced it. Then again maybe it's just the TBF being ignorant as usual. Either way still kinda sucks for Murata.
Well I liked it because it actively averted the 'maladjusted teen saves the world in giant mech trope' that has plagued most the Mecha genre since the early gundam days. It had main characters that weren't ridiculous superheroes, whiny brats, or obvious sex appeal distractions, and almost every character has clear motives and are written well. There is a vocal minority who just wanted to see more of the same super serious environment that the Idolo movie created because to most mecha fans characterization takes a back seat to giant robot fights and explosions. Honestly Radium from the Idolo is one of the most flat protagonists ever made in Anime at least James Links is a fully realized likable character with clear motives.
Zone of the Enders was the first PS2 game I ever played and It is great to hear that my favorite youtubers love the series as well, thank you guys for this. :D
I checked out this game after this video and holy balls you guys weren't kidding about Ken being the worst character. What's with mecha series having utterly inept female pilots? Not to mention enslaving Dingo by controlling his life support. Just because he ended up saving the solar system does not make that okay!
Jehuty is the better mech design on the simple ground that less is more. Anubis is cool and imposing with its wings, staff, tail, and red metatron circuits, but it's just a little pretentious. Jehuty, meanwhile, is simple, understated, and gorgeous. Nothing is wasted. Streamlined, fast, stripped of any superfluous lines or features. It's just the perfect design. Thank you, Shinkawa-san!
"He practically owns Konami now."
I'm sorry, past Liam. I really am.
How?
Kojima left Konami about a year ago.
MrAmokz
I thought he was fired?
JJULLER I just looked into it and apparently he was under contract until Phantom Pain was released and Konami simply did not renew it or Kojima did not want to.
MrAmokz Wow was that it from that's business I guess I though they had a fight or somthing
"STOP SHOWING US THE NAKED GIRL! SHOW US THE NAKED MECH!"
2015's finest right there xD
Man, I bet once Kojima is done with the new Metal Gear, he'll finally get around to doing a new Zone of the Enders at Kona-
....oh...
....oh, that doesn't feel good...The series is dead boys.
Mendoooozaaaa!!!
It's dead…
Konami said, well the HD collection didn't sell well, so I guess there's not enough fans out there for ZOE….
Maybe we can hope that Kojima will take a page out of Kamia's book and make an even hyper new IP.
Oh god them saying "Kojima can do it" breaks my fucking heart.
PureMetalDragon Truth is it didn't even know there was a HD collection, but I have both games on the PS2 some where in my house. Both 100% unlocked. lol there is no way I have the free time to do that again.
shhhhh lets hope that when Kojima left he took some forgotten IPs, like ZoE. Then goes over to his friend Kamiya and they make ZoE3.

Oh how naive we were to have had such bright hopes for the future. Q_Q
now we're saved thou!
BaronUltros those weren't "high hopes", it was just common sense, something the Konami executives definitely lack.
That intro is super hype holy shit
Not gonna lie, I had to pause the video and laugh for like a good 5 minutes for how awesome it was
I love that it was Beyond, I LOVE THAT THEY WERE JUST KICKING BEYOND'S ASS!
Liam's part of the intro turns me into a chibi character
Unfortunately, Beyond is only one part of David Cage's Web of Evil. They still have the other bosses to go through before they reach the Emperor of Sadness.

Nohman is voiced by Mojo Jojo from Powerpuff Girls. Think about that for a moment.

Ok so I had never heard of Zone Of The Enders and I can proudly say after watching this Video I have ordered an Anubis and Jehuty figure Mecha online.
WAIT A SECOND MECHA WEEK WHAT THE SHIT?
The super Robo genre is too hype to not be included.
darkpuppetlordful
ZOE ain't super robot. They fucked up!
NewTypo
then what do you classify it as? because it sure as hell ain't Real robot
darkpuppetlordful
ZOE was created with a focus on realism over anything else.
It's a Real Robot with the firepower of a Super Robot.

The shot at the end of this video is Konami and our dreams of ZOE3. So correctly placed right there.
This and MGS2 have my favorite UI. I love the blocky but clean black techno look these games have.
Zone of the Enders 2 is legitimately perfect in every way. It's a 10/10.

Wow Mechaweek 2 one day after week 1 ended? You guys work on your sequels longer than Ubisoft does.
Which is still like 10* longer than EA.
Samael 11 That's not even remotely correct....
Abigail Rizzy Of course not. That would be implying EA works at all on their sequels.

*points at the sky, opening a hole in the clouds, while the fog clears up revealing an awesome mecha*
Lucas Nobre did you know that the ghost from P.T. appears in metal gear solid 5?
slifer875 ... what ?
Wait, so MGS 5 has a refference to both ZOE 2 and P.T ; Could it be a nod to games Kojima will/is work(ing) at the moment (which would explain why he didn't straigth up just left the company)
I just want ZOE 3 T-T
Silent Hills will have its own version of the UFO ending, but instead of being a UFO, it is Jehuty and he hands the protagonist a copy of ZOE 3, and he burst into tears of joy.
Zackary Coats With Henry and james piloting their own Orbital Frames while piramid Head flies with Anubis... damn, I actually want that to happen now.
DIO's Scary Monster and THE WORLD I'm not too sore about ZOE3 because 2nd Runner had a pretty conclusive ending.
***** I'd agree if they hadn't shown those ZOE3 concepts. It was such an out there idea it would've been really cool to see.
1:03:50 "He practically owns Konami now!"
Ooohh, that hurts. Ooohhh, that hurts real bad.
i can just imagine their excitement when the Jehuty bionic arm for MGSV was announced.
glad you spent the first 15 minutes watching the openings, your reactions sum up the hype for this game so well
A Mechaweek 2.
This can mean only one thing.
METAL WOLF FUCKING CHAOS!
Well more or less a possible return to it.
I hope a full LP
+Myakot Wish granted.
Say what you will, but I couldn't be any happier that Kojima's leaving. Finally Konami will die.
You and I both. Finally a glimmer of hope.
Konami's not that bad! They published Skullgir- ...Oh...
Heavily Augmented what has Konami done wrong exactly that they deserve to die more than Capcom? from what i saw Konami still made games and not decent, but actually good games.
It'll die, but it's not gonna be pleasant. Expect a few more shitty Metal Gears and Silent Hills before Konami kicks the bucket.
With that intro, pat has become what he feared most... A Weeb
You could use the V.Canon when you were fighting the army.
Anubis - the best fucking mech design in history.
That too. It's super holy shit fucking hype! Though my finger always ended up super sore from the R2 mashing...
IT'S SO HYPE YOU IGNORE THE PENIS!
"It's a miracle Silent Hill's getting saved!"
I'm not even a Silent Hill fan and that hurt.
And then it came back.
I'm actually crying right now. That intro was so beautiful
I am still bummed that ZoE 3 is not happening :(
We need more Mecha games man, From software might revive interest due to they're new Armored Core, I hope it does...
Going back to see this video and hearing about Silent Hills just makes me sad :(
Hey, it may not be called Silent Hills, but it may still happen now
Watching this after the Jima/Nami fallout and hearing "Kojima essentially owns Konami now." There will never be a more wrong statement.
The illustrator of Batman: The Killing Joke, Brian Bolland, didn't stop drawing comics. He went on to Judge Dredd comics.
That intro is the most beautiful intro.
By which I mean the game's and the video's
i bought the Hd collection after watching this vid.......... I was not disappointed :D The Hype is real!!!!
'[kojima] practically OWNS Konami now" - Liam the liar :') wow thats some bad timing aye?
***** Such irony throughout this video. They recorded just two days early probably.
Thanatos388 yeah they talked about it in the podcast, the whole thing is a beautiful mess :')
***** Yep. Still a shame they don't know who Shuyo Murata is.
The intro to Z.O.E 2 was used as a trailer in an Official PS2 Magazine UK demo disc. When I saw it being played in a GAME store, I bought that issue and watched the trailer at home 5 times that night; the last 3 times in a row. I was THAT psyched.
Kojima working on game featuring Mecha now with Kojima Productions. The Hype Begins.
god is dead
KingHalbatorix Yes and?
When I bought this game back then I loved it so much but I was sad at the same time because I got no one to talk to about it...
Now that I've seen this video.. I'm glad there's other people that love this game too.
Finally, I feel like I've been waiting forever for a new Mechaweek!
The field battle escorting the Earth LEVs is perhaps the mission I like the most. "Hectic" doesn't even begin to describe it between jetting from one point to another, surrounded by enemies, shooting, dodging, and trying to revive downed allies.
I think they should do a full LP on this game, all of them together since they seem to love it so much. I like watching them have fun and nerd out!
I miss these times so badly! =')
As someone who hasn't had the opportunity to play ZOE yet (and who hadn't really seen any gameplay before now), lemme just say that the big battle scene with the LEVs looks downright stunning.
It's like the really awesome part from Iron Man 2 where the Hammeroids surround Tony and Rhodey in the garden, and what follows is 40 seconds of nothing but gunfire and explosions.
...I played Fist of Mars T_T, Im so sad you guys did not talk about it.
Every second they spend talking about Kojima saving Silent Hill and making ZOE3 in this video is a dagger shoved into my heart.
this video is so much more depressing in retrospect
what i wouldn't give to live in the days where kojima still had a chance at saving konami :(
I loved everything about this video since the first second. This is truly an [Unidentified Zaibatsu Sensation].
Just got to the part where they say, "Thank god Silent Hill got saved."
Started to cry a little. ;_;
MarcellusHanjin And when they said "[Kojima] practically _owns_ Konami..."
For the record Yoji Shinkawa is the designer and worked on Metal Gear. From my understanding he hasn't worked on any Gundam series but has displayed interest in doing so.
The closest as far as I know he has came is Frame Arms.
You thought Mechaweek was over, but IT WAS I, DIO!!!!
This channel always has the hypest intros for its special shows. Cryme Tyme, the new Machinima opening, this and the last weeks...just to name a few. Makes every video so much fun, right from the start. :)
I played Zone of the Enders: Fist of Mars, Liam. It was okay.
That intro rivals Cryme Tyme in how amazing it was. CrankyConstruct has really outdone himself.
This truly is the best parts of the game. Too bad about the four gimmick fights with the Viola AI.
At first I was thinking "I don't really want another week of Mecha" and then I saw Cranky's intro and thought "Okay I can definitely do another week"
Mechaweek - TWO??!
"Can't wait for ZoE 3." Damnit. . .
3 years later, rewatching this in 2018 because I was playing Senko No Ronde 2, which really, *really* feels like a 2D ZOE duel mode. Makes me hope another mechaweek happens eventually. And hope that Senko No Ronde makes it into the list because it's such a crazy series.
>Mechaweek 2
no
NO
I don't have nearly enough lube for this
Ive had the ZOE collection shrinkwrapped on my games shelf for months now. Going through persona 4 and disgaea but this has spurred me on to opening it and finally seeing all the hype robot action
Does this mean that there is a chance for a 9 hour let's watch of Gurren Lagann?
Its not over! ITS NOT OVER YET! We'll pierce this drill right into the 24th and 1/2 century!
you know, im actually on the verge of tears knowing we wont ever have anything like this again.
Our last hope rests on the shoulders of Platinum.
Indeed
Also, on that discussion at the start, I have to agree with Pat. Jehuty has a place in my heart, but Anubis is probably the sickest Mech design I've ever seen.
"He practically saved konami." hahahaha funny story
I think Woolie exploded.
Also shout out to Michio Kaku the man, holy christ didn't see that one coming.
Guys, you get to pilot Jehuty, but you can never get off afterwards. Would you do it?
why is that a question? it should just be a statement, and a wish to be fact.
Jehuty is so fucking sick, ohmygod!
YES, why wouldn't i do that?
Hell yeah I would.
can I take a shit and it comes out of jehuty?
Can I have sex WHILE PILOTING Jehuty?
The levels of hype they were giving me during the intro to this game we exactly what I wanted. I freaking LOVE Z.O.E. Please Kojima, somehow MAKE Z.O.E. 3 HAPPEN!!!!
Yo? YO?! YO YO YO YO YO!!! *_YOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOYO OVERDRIVE-OO!_*
tubbymanification yeayeayeayeayeayeayeayea BUUUUUUUUSSTOOOOOOO!!!
Zakat is a part of the wealth and property that Muslims must pay annually, to help the poor of their community."
why they named a orbital frame after that not sure why though.
japan has a habit of naming things after things with either a really good understanding of it or no understanding at all (it just sounds cool)
Zakat... is the latter.
zakat means "that which purifies" which makes sense as zakat has a bunch of huge lasers that obliterated some of mars
Mass builder and daemon x machina anyone?
Welcome To Your Battlefield, Reclaimer.
"GET OUTTA MY WAY" replied with "FIND ANOTHER WAY" equal best dialogue I ever heard.
Poor Shuyo Murata. He writes, directs, and designs Z.O.E but Kojima still gets all the credit even though the box only says he produced it. Then again maybe it's just the TBF being ignorant as usual. Either way still kinda sucks for Murata.
***** To be fair they were fairly critical of MGS4 when they did the commentary for it. Other than that yeah, straight up Kojima worship.
plus they insulted the Anime.. why?
E Oyibo Did anybody like the anime? I thought everyone disliked it. I haven't seen it though so who knows.
E Oyibo Too much anime. I 'll have to watch it sometime.
Hearing their high hopes for Kojima saving Silent Hill is so sad in restrospect....
What! You guys never unlocked Gradius mode on ZOE2?
Shame on you all.
