    Have only just discovered your channel and I love it- you have filled a gap in the market beautifully. Also, the green of your top really is your colour!

    This is super helpful!! Most makeup tutorials seem like they’re aiming to make us ready for the stage. I’m aiming for the simplest possible routine to just look put-together without melting off in the Atlanta heat, which is positively horrific. At this point I’m just doing skincare, sunscreen and a tinted powder during the day to avoid looking like a Dali painting, but for evening and morning events I want to try your excellent routine!! You look so cute and fresh!!

    You have lovely skin! We can’t get those wonderful sticks in Australia but we have similar. It’s always interesting to see how other people do their makeup. It all looks really nice on you 😊

      Thank you! Yes there are a wide variety of cream makeup sticks. I'm sure you can find some to suit your skin. Thanks for watching!

    You are naturally beautiful! The light makeup tutorial is a help. At 67 now, but I am a die hard fashionista. A true Queen Baddie, you are an inspiration to our tribe. Thanks, Diana! PS try castor oil on your eyelashes instead of mascara (which is basically made of tar).

      Thank you! Welcome Queen Baddie!! I do use castor oil on my lashes at night but can't during the day because of my contact lenses. I guess I'll continue with my tar! 😀

    Perhaps get a great set of “Jane Ireldale” eye brushes and blush brush. Certainly for the eyes.

    You are NOT 46! I thought you were maybe 30. I use tinted moisturizer, haven’t used foundation in a while. Sometimes instead of Elf primer I will use Neutrogena water gel first. I forgo mascara and eyeliner too. I might try the wondersticks!

      @@unblahyourself 😊👍, my mom doesn't wear makeup either, so I didn't have anyone to teach me, I really don't mind it. I think that a great smile and a twinkle in my eyes is all I need 😉😁

    You look terrific Diana! Fresh, natural and polished. I don't wear face makeup because I can never get it to blend into my very heavily freckled skin but these sticks look like they might just be sheer enough! Considering the price, I think it's worth a try!

    • @unblahyourself
      @unblahyourself  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes definitely worth a try! This cc cream is also pretty sheer but you can probably skip that step if you want to let your freckles shine. Instead of full face foundation or cc cream, a little concealer or highlighter in the inner corner of the eyes is usually all one would need for a more natural, polished look. These sticks add such nice color. I feel alive.... ALIVE! 😆

      I just ordered them 👍
      I'll let you know how it goes; with my very limited make-up skills I'll probably have to watch your video 10 times to figure out how to apply! 😂
      At 53, I'm just starting to dabble with make-up; a touch of blush, lipstick, mascara and clear brow gel (Einstein eyebrows!!!) is as fancy as I get.

    A sponge that is a little damp may be “easier” on the skin to blend. Less “pulling”. You may wish to try.

    It's funny to hear you say, "aging skin" referring to yourself. And, "It's for older people." Wait until you turn 60. That's a shocker. I wish I could stay right at 53.. 🙂By the way- when I was 34, a Russian friend told me never to use my pointer fingers on my face- only ring finger and pinkie. The pointer finger is too rough she said.

    • @unblahyourself
      @unblahyourself  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2
