    So hard to not workout with Kelly, love you Kelly! However, thank you for this workout, I really like your quiet confident manner, I love that cool down! It’s such a nice format, so much easier not to skip it, thank you so much!

      She only does yoga workout here and there but nothing like hitt work out. I still workout with her old video some of them are over 5 years old 😅😅 but still effective

      I’m still very much here! I just released a cardio & abs workout a couple of weeks ago. I definitely don’t “only” do yoga, rather, I almost never do yoga lol. My specialties are still strength training, HIIT, cardio, Pilates. I/we don’t post on TH-cam a lot anymore (it no longer supports our work like it used to and we needed to rethink our approach as a company), but we post a new workout video on FB Plus every single day of the week, as well as a new workout program or challenge every month. Lots of good stuff! All those old workouts are still great too though - however you use our work, we’re really grateful you’re here 😊

    I'm getting back into exercising regularly, and when I was in my early 20s, I would go HARD with my workouts! Now that I'm in my late 20s, I've noticed a shift in my body and have been exploring exercises that "burn" and strengthen rather than full blown cardio burnout. I'm learning how to be appreciative of the body I have and being gentle and taking it slow rather than rushing. I've also been dealing with depression so I appreciate that this exercise is still challenging but not so challenging that I avoid movement when I'm going through low periods. I definitely feel so much more clear-headed and really appreciated this workout! Thank you ❤️

    I started working because of how much I loved Kelly, she made every workout feel natural and human. 8 years and still going strong, this change, without her being in videos is hard, I honestly still stick to the old workouts, being weirdly attached I know. XD But I won't deny, this was a great workout. 👌

    This was my first workout with Erica. Will not be the last I loved it, some different exercises from my norm for a challenge even in a 27 min video. And Erica loved style of presenting.

    Sweaty and energized! Some moves were tough for me, so I modified them a bit to complete them, instead of just skipping them. Great workout!

    0:23: 🏋 This is a body weight only workout with a focus on cardio and abs.
    5:27: 🏋 The exercise involves crunches and knee-to-elbow movements to work the core and lower back.
    12:27: 💪 This exercise routine includes crabthrusts, reaching for toes, and plank jacks.
    19:06: 💪 This exercise routine includes side lunges and cardio movements.
    23:14: 🧘 The cooldown/stretching exercises consist of 8 different exercises performed for 30 seconds each on the mat.

    I really want to give these new trainers a try but what always stops me is the echo and the space that they're in. I really loved Fitness Blender's white room with no echo or noise disturbance. It always makes me feel like Kelly and Daniel are in the room with me. I know that's probably really picky of me. But it definitely keeps me watching the same videos from the past ten years rather than jumping into the new trainers' videos.

    My core has always been week so I like to do core on days when I know I am gonna need my legs or arms more the next day. However, my neck muscles as well as my shoulder joints are week so I had to modify a lot. So if someone is like me, skip this provably.
    Most mods I had to do: hold my hands behind my neck to support it. This is to avois tension heaeaches that used to happen when I skipped this step.
    I think there was one or two excercise where this did not help and my back was lifting (due to the use of legs) so I just crunches instead (normal or to the side)
    Side planks: I just laid on my side, or tried to hold it steady without an arm movement.

    This wasn't a 3 workout until the end!? Beginning was a brutish-four. But I'm flab abs

    I've been doing Kelly's workouts since years.. I thought of trying this one just for a change and I ended up with a shoulder sprain since these exercises were not balanced... Don't recommend doing this. Stick to Kelly's workouts
