Arkham Asylum is a linear game, and won't try to trick you and force you to go on a wild goose chase for an item to advance, it tells you EXACTLY where to go. Also, the main way Batman gets around in these Arkham games is through his damn gadgets, so why would it change here??!?
He'd probably think the toilet is the way out, then he would start bitching on how he can't flush himself out: "Wow! Who designed this bathroom? You can't even get out through the toilet, because it won't let me fit in! THe guy who costructed this should be fire for being such an incompetent dumbass!"
This is just like the Mission from GTA Vice City where you had use the staircase ramp to jump a Bike over to the opposite rooftop. Phil got lost on that one too, as he wandered around for like 10 minutes, searching for a way inside the building, and when he found one, he failed to get across twice. Or the one from GTA V - The Long Stretch, where the first objective is to buy a Shotgun with a Flashlight attachment. Phil Spends all the Money needed and Fails that mission too.

It started off with two likeable already famous personalities coming together to do something fun with quite a devoted fanbase, but everything about the modern Game Grumps videos seem like what you would expect from someone who started in obscurity and became famous, like Pewdiepie. It would be interesting if there was a group of people who could look at the history of the channel as a whole and figure out exactly where things started to go wrong and why.
