Thats not hot, wait until the summer hits. Estate agents in Dubai are the scum of the earth, bottom feeders, leaching of you to get the commission for the next brunch. Never trust one, they will play you against each other to get the better commission check. One thing you haven't shown are, the labour camps in JAFZA South Side or Al Quoz thats real life not the fake bling of JBR & Marina.

ALERT - Be CAREFUL with paying Rent ALL upfront. There are a lot of scams on this tactic. Some don't even own the building or may be the last renters faking a showing.

Well living in dubai is not really my fav bc it can go up to 50° It is boiling hot in the summer so only if you want hot weather dubai is the place to go + it is too expensive to live in

@@VentiRBLXOfc yeah now I’m seeing this couple travels from one place to the next like they don’t stay in one place for a long time…so I don’t know why maybe it’s like a bucket list or something for them but they don’t really know the culture of the Middle East or the dress code but they weren’t staying there forever so I guess it’s alright but what’s with the country hopping though?!?

And i did new hikes and saw new nature almost every other weekend! In my country Netherlands we font have any mountains or any rough nature like in UAE. You can never get stuck or be lost because of how densely populated it is here + the not rough nature. So for me UAE is amazing! 😍 enjoy your new adventure!

Great Dubai vids guys. I agree with you, JBR has become so busy - could not even get into Azure Beach as reached capacity. I visited mid April for 13 days, ended up coming back to the UK after 5 days - was not feeling it. Will go back in August hopefully, yes boiling hot but not busy - best time for me is August from past 2 visits during that time - and much cheaper too. Only downside is there is more harmless jellyfish in the sea at that time.

If u guys love nature consider the famous Coogee to Bondi coastal walk and visit Australia's most famous Bondi beach :)
1hr drive south of the city in the Royal National Park there is a hiking track out to Eagle Rock with amazing cliff top views of the sea (great for Instagram pics sitting on the Eagle's beak).
2 hrs drive west of the city is the World Heritage Blue Mountains, consider stay in a hotel there for a few nights (most famous town there is Katoomba), visit the 3 sisters and spend a day at Scenic World or do some hiking. Further drive west of the Blue Mountains is the famous Jenolan Caves!

I was previously in the Philippines and although they say they can speak English it is simply not true....you have to really slow down and sometimes it's frustrating because the level of English is simply not good enough
This point is super important for me personally

Hello guys, may I ask you about the company setup: In one of your vids you've said the overall cost of the setup (license, visa etc) was about 7k gbp unless I am wrong, I am wondering if that's only registration and paperwork or if let's say I can pay £12k then would free-zones/mainland-zones agencies help with obtaining products I want to resell in Dubai and renting warehouse to keep those products... Is it realistic to establish small enterprise in UAE for around £9-12k, if that's the only available capital I have or I need 10k only for registration and several tens thousands on top of that? Thank you for reading this and any opinion based on what you have seen/heard. ;)

Hey Guys! So disheartening to see the two of you leave soon :(
I'm the same guy you met during the Kcal vlog! 😂 I was ironically giving my interview for Careem (which was mentioned multiple times in this video) and guess what!? I got the job 🥳 Sr. Account Manager at Careem 🙌 perhaps you two brought me luck 🍀Hoping both of you will frequent Dubai since you've set up a business here. Eager to catch up again & good luck for everything that lies ahead! 🎉

I just looked up the weather in Dubai - Max=42C, Min=34C. I knew Dubai was hot but I didn't realise it was that hot. How can you sleep when it's 34C?! Must be expensive to always have AC on to keep the temp at a survivable level lol.

It's not minimum 34 all year round. In winter it can drop to 20. And yes summer is warm and turning on AC is fine. My AC bill was included in rent as long as I didn't go over the max. And I never did. It's pretty livable. A lot more than my own country Netherlands in summer where you won't even find AC in a lot of offices and often not in hotels and basically never in houses. So you just never would want slightly warm weather since nothing is build for it😂

What’s a good wage to earn after accommodation costs to live comfortably in Dubai, and enjoy the outdoor sports and social life without counting the pennies too much
