45K per year in rent is HUMONGOUSLY pricey! You guys are quite wealthy, eh??
Also, if you are going to wear a mask, it does pay to do so OVER YOUR NOSE as well, or it will not do any good! So many people just do not know how to wear their masks!

just o remind everyone both apartments cost more than what 90% of the people earn there. unless ur an expat, most people working in restaurants construction hotels etc earn between 2500 aed to 6000 aed a month. so Yes the apartment might look cheap for some of us living in expensive countries/ cities but lets not forget what the salaries are like there for the average citizen. thats why its only affordable for people with income outside of uae influencers business people etc. And before u come at me i know what im talking about ive seen both sides of dubai.

Agree completely. I am an architect with almost 7 years of experience but still the maximum salary I can get here is 5000aed...that would hardly get me any living space in these locations. Even in jvc this is a very premium apartment building. Because I know for a fact that you can get one and two bedroom apartments right here in cheaper price. What an average "lower to middle class" (and they constitute the majority population ) can afford is around 3000 aed per month or 36-40k aed per year.

Wow, I'm surprised by these prices. I thought everything would be super duper expensive in Dubai but it's made me realise the ridicilous rent costs here in Ireland. I pay about €1200 a month on a studio apartment that is deemed relatively cheap for Dublin. So clearly things have just got crazy over here that there's cheaper places in Dubai. It actually makes me sad how insane the situation has got over here. It's no surprise many young Irish people just get up and leave.

The 1.5k one was obviously much better value than the 1k one, but properties in Dubai are still HUGELY overpriced relative to London or NY given it doesn't have the convenience, amenities or quality of life you would have in Ldn or NY.
Plus it's really hard to make long term friends in Dubai given people only really come to work there for a few years then leave 🤷‍♂️

First floor and a balcony to the street with even more traffic noise when the construction is done .

Don't know where you live but not at all here in Amsterdam. Unless you get subsidized housing. My studio in Abu Dhabi was about 1150 euros a month. A bit larger than the one in the video. If you look at newly build buildings here you will pay about 800 euros maybe or higher for the same thing with the big difference being that there's no security or nice reception at the entrance, no pool, no gym, it's not furnished, you usually even have to put in the floor and paint the walls yourself. I think generally speaking you get a lot nicer housing in Dubai and outside of Dubai or Abu Dhabi housing is a lot cheaper. On top of that in Abu Dhabi I made almost twice as much as what I made here because here about 35% taxes I had to pay. And here in Netherlands I still have to pay health insurance while in UAE got that through the job like a lot of people there. And here in Netherlands have to pay car taxes, road taxes. And we have the second most expensive public transport in the world behind Switzerland. Also in UAE you can go out and have a 100 euro dinner but also a 5 euro dinner. You can't find that anymore in the Netherlands. On average life quality was a lot better in UAE with how much extra you have to pay in the Netherlands and you don't get anything like reception, pool or gym at the house. I'm planning on moving back to UAE because finances are just getting difficult here with all the extra things you have to pay here and high taxes and also in UAE there's a mot more chill life when finishing work. Here in Netherlands for about 6 months during winter it's just boring after work. Shops close at 6 and we don't have shopping malls. So if you want to go out it's always a restaurant. Can't just chill on a rainy day in a shopping mall and walk around a bit because we don't have them. You always have to spend money on food or drink somewhere. And can't really park anywhere unless you want to spend 30 to 50 euros just for parking. If you're lucky that there's parking near. Taxis and ubers are incredibly expensive too so people usually don't take them.

Hello guys, for the first apartment, does 50 000 dirhams include service charges... they are around 15 dirhams per sqft. Who pay that? Your answer will be more than appreciated.
