    I follow your exercises for seniors every morning Dr. Reyes. I can do it all except when it comes to the legs exercises. It’s a little bit hard but I can do it gradually. Thank you ☺️

    Doc thank you for your exercises esp. on the Piriformis Syndrome. I couldn’t walk bec. of the terrible pain on my right hip down to the right leg. I followed your exercises and now its like magic. I am back to my normal walking !!!!! I thought I will never walk normally.
    Now every morning I religiously do your exercises for seniors and I feel good after doing them. Thank you very much .

    Thank you naghanap lang ako ng mga exercises na kagaya ng ganito, pero nagagawa ko na rin ito dati pa kya mas mrami ako natutuhan sa inyo. I'm 68 years old. Thnx 😊
