I feel like those questions are total BS! I am sure many people would answer those questions badly but would be great workers... I really dont understand the point of those interviews..

I think good leader cares as much about his team as he for making sure that he does the task he was entrusted with. In the example, words that been used and described action shows that only thing important for the leader was making sure that his team will do extra job. The expresion "explained" and "embrace the change" to me means that team was told to work harder to "make company trive" - leave more money in boss' pocket. I can't possible imagine a healthy team that would not be upset with that kind of change. The boss who just "explains" and ask people how they "would make sure that the job is done" is not a leader.
