    Tip 1: You will always tackle the conflict straight away, If you leave it, it could get worse.
    Tip 2: Encourage the team handle the conflict themselves, But if they fail then only you should step in.
    Tip 3: Use the STAR(Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique to explain your experience of resolving conflict.

      I would say this is more asking about how you would work to everyone's strengths to get a task complete? What's the context?

    That's not so "brilliant" answer if you manage your team members without authority over them. You can not threaten them sending away because they are not reporting to you. It would be nice if you come up with examples how to deal with conflict in the environment where one is just a servant leader, like Scrum Master.

    So the tip is to lie?
    There's no way two people who are senior in their position and have a conflict will get along just because they're given the same project. A) That's children stuff. B) that was exactly what they were already doing, otherwise they wouldn't have been on the same team and got into a fight.

      No, you shouldn't lie. But you should be prepared and think of situations that match the job description and the skill and qualities they are after.
