#1. I will tell you what the 5 hardest interview questions are. These questions will come up during your interview, and how you answer them is going to be the difference between a pass or a fail.
#2. I will explain why these 5 interview questions are being asked, and I will also give you a very important tip for answering every one of them.
#3. I will then give you the perfect, scripted answer to all 5 questions to make sure you are fully prepared for your interview.
Q1. What didn't you like about your last job?
This is a really difficult interview question to answer because it is assessing your levels of honesty, and your reasons for leaving your last job.
Q2. Where do you see yourself in five years?
This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because, if we’re honest, we don’t know even where you are going to be next year, let alone in 5 years’ time. Having said that, there is a way you need to answer this tough interview question if you are to pass your job interview which I will give to you very soon.
Q3. Why should I hire you?
This has always been one of the hardest interview questions to answer because, the truth is, you want a job. But to say you should hire me because I want a job is not going to get you hired. Again, this could be the one interview question that decides whether or not they take you on in the role, so make sure you give a powerful and positive answer that proves you can add value in the position.
Q4. What makes you unique?
This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because the interviewer is using it to determine which candidate is the best person for the job. But what does make a person unique? Well, very soon, I will give you an outstanding answer that is guaranteed to impress the hiring manager.
Q5. What is your biggest weakness?
This interview question catches out 95% of candidates! You can’t say you don’t have any weaknesses, and you can’t give a weakness that is a match for the job you have applied for!

I recently had an interview that went terribly wrong; I failed on the question “what’s your biggest weakness” and “what would you do if you had a disagreement with a senior member of staff”. I had not prepared myself before the interview, I had been unemployed for a period of time, so my nerves got the best of me. Thank you for your videos, because at least this time, when I have an interview again, I’ll give 100% of myself to prepare and try to gain the position!

I had a recruiter try to get me to talk bad about my current job. Asking there has to be something you don't like or that you would change. I answered it by saying you'll never 100% agree all the time. However I always voice my concern with possible solution and from there we talk about it and usually come to a middle ground that satisfies the company and compliance

I am so delighted with the result, despite my mom had been attacked by stroke on the same day of my interview session. She had passed away a week later. Thanks to mom too who had never missed to support and keep pray for me towards this achievement.

I really enjoy your TH-cam videos. They really boost my confidence as I prepare for my interviews. I use to be nervous because I did not know how to word/explain my experiences clearly, but your videos helped me overcome that. And I just want to say "Thank you for all that you do!" 😀 But I do have a question. How do you answer a the interview question, "Why are you leaving your current job" when the job is a contracting job and the assignment is ending? Thank you so much.

You all take notes seriously! I am a career changer and I was able to secure an engineering role for 85k more than my previous salary w/no experience. I was told that I was a top candidate. The other new hires have experience within the field. He’s god sent !

Thank you. My interview yesterday was not this easy!! They asked me questions like 1. Have I monitored expenditures where how,2. have I put together a power point presentation project for top executives,3.tell me a time when you didn't understand a new challenging database how did u overcome and what steps did you take to figure it out do Etc...I am with the federal govt and applying for another with promotion potential. Watching your videos do help alot!

I used these tips before seeing this video because I learned these tips in a High school course. Just landed a job by asking the question, do you have any questions? What did you not like like about your last job. I even asked, why did the last person loose this job? I went further by asking if I could go into the warehouse and ask some questions about how orders were moved. It was forklift work and I was curious about if help was needed to move merchandise. Furniture was light, no help needed but, It showed interest. Adding that I could use tools ( drills, impacts, screw drivers ECT...also helped.
