    Baked Chicken Thighs with Marinated Vegetables
    *Ingredients:*
    *For the Chicken Marinade:*
    - 1 tsp chicken spices
    - 1 tsp paprika
    - 1 tbsp turmeric
    - ½ tsp cumin
    - ½ tsp garlic powder
    - ½ tsp oregano
    - ½ tsp salt
    - 3 tbsp olive oil
    - 1 cup water
    - 4 boneless chicken thighs
    *For the Vegetables:*
    - 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    - 2 onions, sliced
    - Peppers (as desired), sliced
    - 5 garlic cloves, minced
    - ½ lemon juice
    *For the Vegetable Sauce:*
    - 1.5 cups water
    - ½ tsp salt
    - ¼ tsp sugar
    - 1 tbsp dried parsley
    - ½ tsp black pepper
    - 1 tbsp honey
    *Instructions:*
    1. *Marinate the Chicken:*
    - In a large bowl, combine all the chicken marinade ingredients: chicken spices, paprika, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt, olive oil, and water lemon juice
    - Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
    - Cover and set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
    2. *Prepare the Vegetables:*
    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, sliced onions, sliced peppers, and minced garlic.
    - In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable sauce ingredients: water, salt, sugar, dried parsley, black pepper, and honey.
    - Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
    3. *Assemble the Dish:*
    - In a large baking dish, spread the marinated vegetables in an even layer.
    - Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.

    4. *Bake:*
    - Cover the baking dish with
    aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
    - Uncover the dish and move it to the upper rack of the oven.
    - Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the chicken and vegetables to brown slightly.
    5. *Serve:*
    - Serve the chicken and vegetables hot, paired with a side of your choice.
