    I have been under a lot of stress for a few yrs and then my husband passed away 1 yr and 5 months ago. I find myself sometimes holding my breath and I don't even realize it. This explains a lot. Thank you.

    4:7:8 breathing exercises, om chanting, singing,yoga, meditation,deep reflection, silence, laugh,,cold shower, cold ice cube face , fasting, gut health.

    Hello Luke sir..my child is hyper active & struggling with self regulation.. doctors said he is mild autistic due to delayed milestones but I think his gut issues are major due to which his mood fluctuates a lot. Can vagus nerve stimulation help his symptoms to lower down. Kindly suggest 🙏

    He speaks too fast, to stimulate the NERVE by slow breathing in/out /which forces the one who speaks, to take a pause--INSTEAD, HE IS IN A RACE!!! SLOW DOWN!!. ESCITALAPRAM (Lexapro) got rid of two daughter's who had irritatable bowel- then go off, if it strikes again- go back on..
