    I'm stuck in a victim mode since more than 3 years...trying my best but still unable to cum out of it..just feel like running away from everyone..or just want to delete that horrible incident from my life..which has filled my life with anger and frustration n irritation...but time n again wen I watch n listen to your videos..it really gives me hope that yes..one day I shall cum out of it..thank you so much Luke Sir.. you are a huge motivation🙏🙏

    One trick is to divert the mind to another area of work or thought process. Deep breathing & thinking right helps. Anxiety can cause psychosomatic issues which are hard to control.

    Why my nose and middle part of eyebrows is heavy and pain. Please make videos what to do. I do meditation but it is take a long time to relax. Most of time I need to do until 11am from morning. After noon start my morning. It is hard for me to early morning person even I want.
