    Breathing properly is so important, getting oxygen to the brain. I try to do breathing exercises in the morning with some mindfulness lessons from 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels. Seems to help relax me before the day.

      When you increase the Number of Conscious Breaths ... slowly it becomes a Habit.
      And it might take Time though, to be able to perfect our Breath !
