This workout was AMAZING (as all your workouts are- always!!!) Loved the no-repeats. Thank you Maddie! Everytime I was about to give up, collapse and die on the floor- you always had a perfectly timed "one last push!" or "10 seconds left". This is why I love your videos, not a lot of talk, but when there is, it is always perfectly timed and intentional.
Dude I'm not sweating, my body is crying😭😭😭 But amazing workout 👏👏 been consistent for 2 weeks with 2 rest days each week with your workouts 👏👏 We start week 3 with this❤😊 Ok so for the people that needed an update I was able to be consistent with maddies workouts, even in school, all through January and half February However I didn't consistently measure myself, because all I wanted was to build a consistent workout progress Did I see changes? Well I did a combination of her 2 days of herstrength workouts and 3 days of her hiit and were there changes? Yes there were I saw muscle definition in my arms, My clothes fit better and my stomach got a lot flatter I noticed my glutes got more definition, because I'm a dancer I noticed I didn't loose breath as often after a dance session as well My recommendation: For changes , do these workouts consistently! Do maddies hiit workouts along with strength training and your good to go It's not about how long they are but how consistently you do them And also pair them with good eating habits, I only drink water an hardly any soda, I started halfing my meals with veggies as well

This is crazy challenging, but I'm glad I can get through these now!! I used to only be able to do 5 minute HIITS! I'm finally able to do 30 minute HIIT and Tabata style workouts. Don't give up yall!! You'll get there! The results will come if you don't quit!

Here I am, 11 months later, still doing your videos, I'm in much better shape now! My job requires me to do a physical education test which is 30min of very intense work out so I've been getting ready since september with your videos and I'm a lot more confident than I was the last time I had to do it!

Just wondering if one day you can please make a quick 15 minute work out benefiting those who work at home sitting on their butts all day in front of a computer. I only have a 30 minute lunch but need a quick workout to avoid being sedentary for 8 hours.
My new favorite HIIT workout from MadFit!!! I usually pause HIIT videos 3-5 times to breathe. With this one, I only paused the video 2 times!! Love the workouts with no reps. Thanks Maddie! 💚💪

Just have to say I really appreciated this workout! So many times a workout says "no repeats" but it's really just different variations of the same move. Like squats, squat jump, squats with a reach, in and out squats jumps, etc so you end up doing a million squats by the end. This workout was super tolerable and went by so quickly because there was very little repetition in the movements at all! This definitely gave me a bit of a confidence boost. Thank you!!
Found you a couple of weeks ago, and I love all your videos. They are hard, consistent, fun and I am totally seeing a difference in my body. You don't need to work out for hours, quick, hard and fun is all you need. Thanks so much for giving us a healthy life style.

This is the first time Ive gotten through one of your cardio workouts without having to modify anything! I even did the high knees without marching and the full 45 seconds of mountain climbers. Thats such an improvment for me! yay me! I feel strong

been doing your arm and core workouts for years and love them. Usually run for cardio but stuck inside due to smoke from nearby fire (We’re safe!). Started too fast for me (I’m old!) but slowed to 75% speed and was able to do most, thanks I needed that! PS Your voice a bit tipsy when slowed down😅
I liked this workout, my first one of yours. I liked that you had several moves I hadn't done before that incorporated mobility as well as strength, like three point bridge with reach.
Too tired to get my resistance training in but once I got this started and finished, I felt good that another day didn’t go by without exercising. Thank you for your great variety!
i couldnt do some of the exercises (plank jacks, the turnout thingy and the last lunge jump one) but i replaced them with other sets of things i usually do and finished the work out! thank you maddie for another amazing workout

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 26: Complete ✅ That wasn't as bad as I expected 🙂 Don't get me wrong, it got me breathing hard, but overall I actually feel really good. Maybe it's because we're near the end of the month challenge and I'm just more fit than I was before 🙃 It was nice to get some jumping in too; I sort of missed it 😳 Did everyone else enjoy today's workout? My post-workout compliment today is actually a compliment I received from a friend 🙂 I sent her a photo of some new pants I was gifted for Christmas yesterday, and she told me my thighs looked more muscular and that I was looking really good. Hello everyone here I wanna share my weight loss journey So I started this workout in November 23rd, and today which is 14th Dec Ive lost 4kgs from 59kgs. Ofc Im concerned for my foods. And keep going even this workout is really make me sweating and tiring 😂😂 gonna update it in January 2024
Okay so my last workout was six days ago. it was the beginner type and I found it easy to keep up with it. Now, I couln't really do every exercise fully but I have promised myself to do the same workout for 5 days and see how it progresses. Wish me luck.
incredible! I really worked, and that was with modifying it all to no-jumping. Kick-throughs are trouble for me however. I don't seem to have the strength to do them. I am trying to figure out how to break them down so I can build on the move little by little, but I can figure out how to do that. It seems like an all or nothing move. Any suggestions? I learned quite a few things here today and one of them is that the kick-throughs make me feel super uncoordinated! But also that I surprised myself in how much of this workout I could get through! Thank you Madfit for making my workouts quick yet effective!! 😘😘
I wish I could do this. I have a really bad knee so can't do squats and lunges or jumping. Feel gutted as look really good. Like someone said..losing my breath watching you. You are the best. Been following you for sometime now. You never disappoint. All the best 👍

Too tired to get my resistance training in but once I got this started and finished, I felt good that another day didn’t go by without exercising. Thank you for your great variety!

I Gave up ! at PLANK! goal is to be able to complete this efficiently in next 2 months!
i couldnt do some of the exercises (plank jacks, the turnout thingy and the last lunge jump one) but i replaced them with other sets of things i usually do and finished the work out! thank you maddie for another amazing workout

This one def had me sweating, felt super great and accomplished after!!!
All I have to say is thank you and ily!! Those kick throughs are intimidating but I did them slow so I don't fall over, but proud I even got through 5 of them

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 26: Complete ✅
That wasn't as bad as I expected 🙂 Don't get me wrong, it got me breathing hard, but overall I actually feel really good. Maybe it's because we're near the end of the month challenge and I'm just more fit than I was before 🙃 It was nice to get some jumping in too; I sort of missed it 😳

My post-workout compliment today is actually a compliment I received from a friend 🙂 I sent her a photo of some new pants I was gifted for Christmas yesterday, and she told me my thighs looked more muscular and that I was looking really good. It made me very happy 😊
Same! I used to have hiits like these every other day but I missed them during the programme 😂
Did better than I expected, though. I wish I could relate with you on the feeling fitter part but I workout anyways 🙂

I wanna share my weight loss journey
So I started this workout in November 23rd, and today which is 14th Dec Ive lost 4kgs from 59kgs. Ofc Im concerned for my foods. And keep going even this workout is really make me sweating and tiring 😂😂 gonna update it in January 2024
Yes! I definitely feel like no repeat is perfect format for at home and tabata is more suited for in-person.

Okay so my last workout was six days ago. it was the beginner type and I found it easy to keep up with it. Now, I couln't really do every exercise fully but I have promised myself to do the same workout for 5 days and see how it progresses. Wish me luck.

incredible! I really worked, and that was with modifying it all to no-jumping. Kick-throughs are trouble for me however. I don't seem to have the strength to do them. I am trying to figure out how to break them down so I can build on the move little by little, but I can figure out how to do that. It seems like an all or nothing move. Any suggestions? I learned quite a few things here today and one of them is that the kick-throughs make me feel super uncoordinated! But also that I surprised myself in how much of this workout I could get through! Thank you Madfit for making my workouts quick yet effective!! 😘😘
I wish I could do this. I have a really bad knee so can't do squats and lunges or jumping. Feel gutted as look really good. Like someone said..losing my breath watching you. You are the best. Been following you for sometime now. You never disappoint. All the best 👍
