    Much relief after going through this stuff th-cam.com/users/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually helps bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

      All the exercises in this routine themselves are what could be used to warm up- a bodyweight cardio. A separate warm up is actually pointless.

    I am 44 years old mama of two and I am in love with your workouts. Every Sunday I sit down and make myself a plan for the week. What to exercise and how long. I love it that all your workouts have different lengths. In this way I can build my program. I wake up at 6 every morning and do it. No excuses.     I enjoyed this one a lot! Typically I do one of your warm up videos, do a few other videos in between, and then do yoga after to cool down. It was neat to have them all packed in to one video.

    I love the HIIT style full body workouts. As a fitness newbie, these are the BEST! I love that they dont repeat too- that way if I am having trouble sticking out the last few seconds of an exercise, I know it will be gone for good afterwards lol! Your workout vids are my favorite that I have found, thank you for doing this :)

    Since covid has closed the gyms I've been forced to work out at home. I'm SO happy I found your channel.     These workouts are great BUT, for someone like myself who has ZERO coordination I spend half of the 45 seconds figuring out what I’m doing. “Bend over, arms, squat, squat, stand up....wait I missed something I forgot to do something with my legs”. I’m gonna need to find workouts the require less coordination but that are just as intense 😂 keep up the good work and theses videos,

    Loved this one! Hit all the problems areas and doable for a busy mom. Also, thank you for including a Warm up and a cool down! It is hard to find workouts that do that anymore without having to watch 3 different videos.

    I loved this! I've tried many different ones while at home. Yours are quickly becoming favorites! Love the variety of lengths and exercises that you do. You're so calm, form is amazing, and I push myself. But it's doable! My only suggestion- add some modifications.

    I feel like you've become my quarantine best friend. I've gotta admit, sometimes when you make me sweat bullets, I hate you, but damn you make bootie-busting workouts (as my husband puts it). LOVE how I feel afterwards and so grateful you're sharing these!

    I truly enjoyed this exercise video! I am starting to watch your videos and go to your channel when i want to work out. Your workouts are intense but they make me feel amazing afterwards. Also, I’m a veteran so stretching is everything to me because my body definitely needs it. So your stretches really help! The only constructive criticism I would like to add (if i may) is that for those who do not have weights at home, for that one specific exercise where you do a half burpee and then punch with weights, i would suggest another workout for those who do not have weights or encourage a modified way of doing it. ☺️ Again, i love your videos and plan on watching many more!

      Sis after just 5 days of doing nothing but this woman's workout vids for 30 minutes, my stomach looks so much flatter than before and my abs are starting to show up a bit lol.

    Maddie, you have been my saving grace over this last year.
