    Good to see the new holland running again. maybe its finally fixed. Fingers crossed for you. I agree I think its about time to cut your losses and get rid of it. It has definitely spent more time broke down than running since you bought it. Good luch buddy stay in touch. Hope you have a great weekend. God Bless!!!

    You have had a lot of patience with this tractor. When you sell it , someone will be getting a good tractor since you have repaired so much. I am waiting to see what you get.

    New Holland makes a great tractor. The rebuilding shop screwed up making it sound like it is the tractor's fault. Also that tractor was apparently abused before you bought it. Thanks for the great video's and good luck with the tractor.

    Ford/New Holland 9030 bidirectional. The ranchers up here love them. I imagine the ones made by Versatile are close to, if not the same, as the F/NH 9030s. F.Y.I, The Drube Stackers were built in a welding shop in the small town of Wheatland. Sometimes you can find them abandoned in the fence rows on old farms. You could pick up some local Wyoming history by finding one of these because ever one was made a little differently..

    You could do a "throwback Monday", and post older footage on Mondays until you get caught up. As for the new tractor, I don't really have a guess to a specific model, but I would say that if it is going to be a main tractor that you use for mowing, baling, etc., I would definitely get one that has power-shift. Hope the New Holland is fixed. Thanks for the vid!

    I glad to see sort problem on NH, I hope when you buy next tractor it has better run with it. Good hydraulics, front loader is needed for next tractor and been budget I would say McCormick but maybe Massey Ferguson 5600 series. Both are good tractors.👍

  • @calumanderson5617

    Well Blake... I think number one on the list is that it doesn't come from the same dealer or came from that area as the New Holland. Two my favourite 😁.. it starts in the cold winter (unlike your John Deere 6410🤣) Three no more brake downs or fuel or fuel in oil issues (most important of all !!!!!) As for a guess for your next tractor, well.... I'm guessing its a New Holland 😁 since the dealer must have been your best friend for all that money you gave..... "Whoops",,,,, I meant spent on parts from the dealer and the fuel shop as well. As for the model well... it wouldn't be another TS115A would it ?? or that model range 🤔 in better condition so you could swoop the loader on it? As for the tractor at Mike and Erin's, I'm guessing its the little International 👍😊 hope the next owner doesn't come across your channel when they buy your ex-New Holland 🤣 ( sell it quick Blake while it's running bud !!!!!!) 😂👍

    I think you should see how the tractor performs over the next 30-60 days doing the things you bought it for. If there are no major problems, then there's no sense buying a new one until something major goes wrong again. Buying new, I would go with the Kubota M7 since it will do the same functions that you bought the New Holland for.

  • @davidwatt7663
    @davidwatt7663 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi Blake . I don't know what your thinking of buying , but I would respectfully recomend A NH 7840 or an NH 8240 These are six cylinder powerstar engine tractors of 6.5 and 7.5 Litres they have a good reputation for durability and reliability whilst it's true the 40series Ford/New Holland is older than your current tractor , this may help keep the replacement cost down , Ask around a few operators see what they have to say . All the best what ever you decide .Regards David Ps my 7840 did over 10,000 hours with only a water pump change .

    You need to know the history of any used tractor. I've been fortunate to know what the history was of my used tractors. So far so good. Get either a New Holland or Deere. That is my preference. Kubota's are great and have made inroads in the true farm market but still Deere is king followed by Case/IH/ New Holland. Just my honest opinion.

By the way, you are a patient man, but I had full faith you would keep digging till you got it right. BUT WHY NOT KEEP the tractor now that you got it figured out? Trading seems to never be an advantage to your bank account.

    When my dad had machines working he did not go buy something else. Hold on to that New Holland now and save your money. At the end of the year use about half of your savings to buy a retirement annuity. The money needs to go away for your retirement. You are young and healthy and capable if keeping your machines working. New expensive machinery only works as a tax deduction. It appears the New Holland will work for you for quite awhile. Better the devil you know than the one you don't.. I like your super perseverance.

    Boy ....I am not sure that getting a new tractor after everything you've gone through in the money you put into it and finally got it running the way it should if getting another used tractors a good idea??? Reason I say that is you never know what you're going to end up with and you know what you already have and if that tractor is running proper you've practically rebuilt everything on the tractor it's like new I don't understand the reasoning for getting rid of it be truthfully honest but if nothing else you are a glutton for punishment LOL personally I'd keep that New Holland now that you got it running and get yourself a nice pickup instead that way you have to good pieces of equipment because if you get another tractor you know you're going to have to work on it and put money into it just like with any used piece of equipment and have the New Holland up and running and the New Holland will do the job I think a new truck would be a better choice but that's my opinion and I'm not using it so take it for what it's worth LOL
