    This is such a helpful video for opening up the hips and releasing stagnant root chakra energies that are blocking clarity. Especially with the shift into 5D, so many memories are being neutralized for us starseeds in order to inspire the shift of our collective consciousness.     This was a great way to end my day! I’m loving all the relaxing videos, cause I’m right there with you with the back pain. Didn’t seem more intense by reaching through the pinky side, but I was just impressed I could do that pose, usually I practice in the mornings and have to skip it.     Hi Cole. Absolutely love what you do - has really helped guide and shape me on my yoga journey the last 4 years. I was wondering if you might be able to make a 10-15 minute morning yoga video which includes some facial yoga. Also a 10-15 minute routine which I could do before giving a massage treatment which will help warm up all the joints and muscles, including wrists and hands and a 2 minute meditation at the end to help get into a good clear head space. Much appreciation and warm wishes Ingwe

      I'm not sure how to do facial yoga! I do like tapping the face gently with the fingers but that's about all I can offer! Will do some wrist + hand yoga for sure though;)

    In recently did something to my IT band. I would love to see a practice for that! Also, my teenage daughter struggles with eczema. Any chance of a yoga for eczema class?

      Check out the hips and hamstrings vids...they will help w the IT band too....(though it doesn't "stretch" very much".... all mindful yoga + deep breathing should help with the inflammatory response from eczema!

    Suffer from a lower back issue stemming from the glutes being tight which is a chronic recurring condition, when it hits hard i have to do careful exercises like this so much of this routine helped but i was surprised to see you include a fwd fold as that for me is impossible (and in fact dangerous/harmful) if my lower back has gone... be interested in your view?

    Cole, just did this with my sister who has persistent lower back pain (probably from a crap chair and too much computer work.) Also, I introduced a friend of mine to you, and she lllLOVES you. In a life changing way. She likes you for all the reasons I do. You're accessible, you don't talk in new agey yoga speak, you do such a great job of setting us up with positive intentionality and bringing us into the present in our practice. So well done!
    Also, which video form India is the pup in? I would love to see it, and I know many of your videos, but haven't seen that one. Must be a few years old, as I recently did a gorgeous flow of your from India when you still had dreads, and you were pointing out the red rocks in it.
    Lastly, this video, like some of yours, has very low audio levels. Even when I cranks up the TH-cam and my laptop volume. When you bend over, you're nice and strong though, so...just thought I would mention it. Not sure if you sometimes have your lav lower on your shirt. In any case, a little audio trouble will not divert me from watching your video. I can always use a speaker, but today I was sharing you with my sister over Zoom, so I could only use my laptop speaker.
