    All the little instructions within the practice are so helpful! Every time you remind us not to arch the back, to drop the tailbone, to listen to my body, to breathe…. I find myself needing to apply just that small detail. 👏🏻

    Leg so cannot do a lot of your standing classes. I love it when you post the seated ones.

    Amazing class! I have some excercices from the physiotherapist but somehow they seem not to work well for me, they are not as much as intense or focused, I don't know.. After this class I feel I have some new tools to incorporate in my routine! Thank you!

    Giving Velma from Scooby Doo vibes with those colors! This practice was something I didn’t know I needed this morning. One of my shoulders is always much tougher than the other. Thank you for such a nice opening. Namaste Cole ❤️

    This is a life saver for me! Lately my neck and shoulders have been giving me a lot of pain and discomfort. I will be doing this every morning!

    Good morning friend! This was, as always, timed perfectly.. I woke with a really stiff neck & back & a building migraine. This practice helped a bit with the neck and stiff back... I'm curious, what do you do for headaches? I only get big doozey ones once in awhile.... I'm going to do one of your morning sessions in hopes that it helps release whatever stubborn muscles are causing this one. Xoxo love & peace to you -kris

      Good to hear! Hmm, so many types of headaches it’s hard to tell. Sometimes neck, rhomboids, sometimes dehydration!

    My shoulders and neck are always a problem, constant. Your videos are the best to get them a little bit or the most relaxed (again). Can't get enough of these video's. Thank you :)

    Creative movement to pass the book with two arms😊 I used a book and it’s a bit heavy. Very good stretches for neck and shoulders since we all tend to spend too much time on the screen. I like your practice settings so much: outdoor background; wooden platform and autumn-themed outfit. Beautiful ❤🌹

    So Good! I have back and shoulder issues too. If you get this I have a question. At 11:36 when you mentioned clasping your hands, would the bottom arm stay straight or would it fold to meet the top arm?

    • @COLECHANCEYOGACCY
      @COLECHANCEYOGACCY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In my body I keep it straight & will try to meet the top arm to it. It’s a BIG opening….I normally juts go in that direction!
