- I buy a lot of houses to flip and used to buy many houses as rentals as well. I still buy many commercial and multifamily properties but I rarely buy any foreclosures!
That is changing as I won the auction on a house and I am buying a foreclosure for the first time in five years.

I noticed a solar panel on the roof. Since most of those systems are leased, how does that work on a foreclosure? Do you have to assume the lease? Do you tell the solar company to come get their stuff? Is there a lien on the property by the solar company? Thanks for your insight!

That's one thing I was going to mention we have to figure out. I am not sure
my buddy bought a house with leased solar....he had to assume the lease....this is in Kalifornia, don't know about other states

The main house you show in this video is very similar to the foreclosure I recently bought and am currently renovating. You are right they always stink 😂
Auction houses you never know what can of worms waiting you inisde it after getting the keys to it. Only can see through the windows to get an ideal what is happening in the house.

Congrats. I've been bidding on a property through an online auction of bank-owned properties. Their reserve is too high so it keeps going back to auction again and again. I wonder if they'll lower the reserve after a certain number of failed auctions.
House near me had the same thing happen. After it failed to meet reserve 10 times they put it up on the conventional market and accepted an offer within 2 weeks.

Bank owned. Short sale takes forever
