- I just talked about parking drama at the Ocho yesterday and then this happens today! It has been a bit and still no word from the company and it is still there.

@@Look_What_You_DidNot if it’s stored on your property illegally. The theft is storing this on his property. I’d call a tow company with a big enough rollback to haul it away. He should put a sign on it that read Dump Your Trash for free on the dumpster.
@@Chris_at_Home Nope. Still theft of services. At some point you law and order types will actually learn what the law is. IE breaking more laws is not a legal defense.
Now the property could be removed at the owners cost, because that is legal. I'm sure storage fee's could also be applied per statute.
Should have a towing company. Come in with a flat bed towing truck and haul it off.
I found a rented box truck parked in front of my house one day, called the police. Turned out it was the idiot girl across the street.
so nothing ... right?
I would chain it up and release it as soon as they agree to pay a reasonable rental fee. $25/day per spot seems fair.

Seriously, I had the same problem in Southern California! What I did was put a "For Sale" sign on it and it magically disappeared 2 days later!
Great place for old paint, tires, freezers that are full of old food that was thawed during a power outage tree stumps, car thieves caught in the act, the uses of a free dumpster are endless

Yeah the container haulers need to lay those down somewhere when they have to go pick one up and go dump it and return to the vendor without dropping a different one off. yeah put some trash in it or block it in charge a fee

At the time I asked them if they wanted to rent space since the dance studio was empty and they ignored that too
They drop it off for free but charge you by the pound for removal.
You need to get the barnacle for the illegal parking people at the Ocho. Look it up on tech crunch. It might get you around the regulations regarding towing as for this you might want to put a car at each end of it so they can’t retrieve it.
Definitely a dick move they didn’t even put boards down on the rollers that’s gonna chew up your parking lot. Did someone seal coat that lot without filling in all the cracks first?
They filled most of the cracks and holes.
@@investfourmore That’s good, I’m paving my driveway next month I wish I had done it a few years ago prices have skyrocketed for asphalt. Gonna cost $12500. I’m hoping it’s one of those improvements that will actually add some value over having a long steeper gravel driveway.

@@investfourmore These people aren't kids, they are corporate gangsters. I got away with threatening to cut up one of their boxes abandoned on a property and got away with it because WM had already done their best to "ingratiate" themselves with one of the suburbs locally and the city govs weren't buying in. It makes a big difference when they know the sheriff isn't on their side.

They are maintenance guys for their landscaping. I see them there all the time. Maybe but I doubt it is them.

Looks like a gift, just sell it. Waste Management is now a legit operation, at least according to them. So they don't put out hits anymore. I don't believe this is any sort of vehicle just a lot of recyclable $teel.
It makes no difference to me what a man does for a living. But waste management business is a little dangerous, so I must tell you no. I know you'll do well since your interests do not conflict with mine.

Have you asked any of the businesses in you building if they rented the dumpster?
The driver could have dropped it off at the wrong location. It could happen.
Xfinity is one of the most arrogant and rudest companies to deal with.

@@investfourmore There are rules and regulations about where those things can be left; they are part of your construction permit I think in Colorado- some places you need a separate permit for your trash/removal. That might be your next call, to the Sanitation and Health Department inspectors. You look to have a serial ordinance violation problem there.

This sort of thing is SOP with WM here in North Texas. Their commercial trash roll offs and personell don't look nearly as spiffy as they did on "Undercover Boss".
What stopped you from confronting the driver..? It takes a minute or two to drop a dumpster..

that lot was NOT redone it was SEALED We had a landlord like you had control of a large shopping center charged for repairs that were repaired with paint cover up and parking lot with damage like yours they filled holes with gravel and then sealed over it and told the renters he patched it with hot mix and charged ever one for it he lost his building to the bank because every one moved to better maintained property's now it has a great owner according to the people i know that work and rent there all the covered up damage is being repaired RIGHT as a good landlord /property owner should
Please sho me where we used gravel to fill holes. Yes even if you reseal it, it still costs money.
