In the book, it says anyone who is diabetic etc and people with kidney problems - which is me. Instead of doing SP some meals throughout the week I won’t have carbs. So in short I have SP meals. Not exactly SP but it’s my way of speeding my weight loss up without making me iller. Love all your videos xx

Leanne McEvoy it's all in the planning. You are allowed 2 heB's so could have weetabix and Apple for breakfast then chicken salad sandwich for dinner and meat/fish with speed only veg for tea x
I have done sp from I first started Slimmingworld in April this year and the reason I started straight away on sp was because I wasn’t able to eat anything for months so even eating slices of melon was very hard for me to stomach but now I’m able to eat lots of cauliflower rice and veggies plus I have lost almost 3 stone on sp and I don’t miss carbs at all plus I’m eating again which makes myself and my doctor very happy with the sp diet

Do you have any tips for going on a hen do? I’ve been so good recently and stuck to plan. The plan for the hen basically consists of pizza, crisps, chocolate, cocktails, fry up and burger restaurant 🙈 This could go soooo wrong. But we’ve all paid one price for everything included so there won’t be other options and I’ll begrudge paying extra to bring my own items because I’ve already had to pay for all of the above!
+So Sallyo I'd personally take my own food too or find somewhere nearby. I'd make the best choices I can while there but not stress. Then when you're back straight back to 100%. Ultimately it's up to you how you want to handle it. Don't feel guilty it's a hen do
Looking for advice on breakfast for slimming world. I wake up at 6am and normally have tea and toast(brown bread) and I know they are syn but as I start my work at 7.30am. My breakfast break at work is 10.30am where I have a muller light or ceral with skimmed milk but not wanting to give up my tea and toast at 6am as I really enjoy it,I'm looking for advice or help

Help!! Healthy extra b so your allowed to!! There is a s symbol beside 1 alpine light -1 hifi bar and 2 ryvitas if I choose these to will it speed up weight loss even more ? And also is it still ok to have say porridge and 2 ryvitas ?? I just confused or do I NEED to have the s symbol b choices doing sp???
So its basically no free foods? My sw book isn't very clear that they're 2 different plans you see? and my consultant just talks about extra easy so I thought that was it?
+Esther Owens no it's the S and P free foods. Plus healthy extras and syns. It's all in the books. Ask your consultant to go through if it you aren't clear.
I’ve only lost 3&1/2 lb in 2 weeks on sp. not sure where I’m going wrong even my group leader said there’s nothing I’m doing wrong and not sure why it’s not coming off. Any help please
+Ruth summers It's fully explained here. As I'm not your consultant I can't really do any more. One tip I don't always have the extra B, I make sure I don't over eat and I get enough protein. 3.5 is still good and it'll depend how much you have to to lose
Have you looked at your water intake? Drinking enough fluids, at least 8 glasses of water a day, could help get with your weightloss. Good luck on your weightloss journey🤗

I did sp last week 3lb I lke slimming world gone from 26 st 2 to 23st 7lb 1/2 so far with all body magic got all ward now
You sound so genuine and lovely, bit nervous about trying an SP day as I struggle with speed foods. But will definitely give it a go xx
