Hi Cath, you are right it is all about your mind set. I knew I needed to lose 3 stone but I wasn’t ready. I watched you on your journey and at the end of January I finally felt able to start mine and I am now 3lb off my 3 stone target. I have done it slowly and sensibly with exercise and changing eating habits and I feel so much better. Thank you for inspiring us and helping us xxxxx
That's wonderful 😊 you deserve it all your hard work, well done. That's great you started slowly, steady. Not all will loose 5 pounds each week or have goals that work with ours. It's good to have goals, but work with your own body, what works for you I think personally helps. God bless you

If someone offered me a biscuit I’m happy with one or a packet of Kit Kats, I’ll just have one. Wine and crisps and I can overindulge - once I’ve had wine it makes me worse and I eat loads. You should be a life coach hun. You’re flipping brilliant and it’s so true what you say. ❤ I’ve gained weight over the years - was slim in my 20s and early 30s. I’m 45 now, I’m ready…. I’m 5.10 and used to be 9 stone years ago. I’d be happy around 11-12 stone now for my height. It’s so much about mindset hun. ❤❤❤❤❤xx
I'm at the weight where you started and want to be where you are now. I've been with slimming world ages and did lose a stone last year as was really in the right mind set, but then it disappeared from November onwards and I've put it back on again. Feeling bloated and horrible, so your video popped up at the right time 😊. I need to cut out those foods like crisps, snacks and wine, as otherwise I'll never get to where I want to be. You look amazing xx

I am so much happier and it has changed my life and outlook. I eat three healthy meals a day. Kicked the snacking in-between and saved money at same time. Your vlog is so positive it's inspiring. That was me, I was like that, I can't do slimming world because I couldn't go without this or that. Now I am determined I have got to do this now. Hi so true what you say i dont have weight issues but have to be careful as disabled in wheelchair so have to be sensible about food to stay as i am my mum lost 7lb in first week but you have to cut out bad food love slimming world and can i just say how amazing you look sending much love 💖
Your right you know bad foods, yeah I guess they are, because they don't make us feel good after we eat them, yes the sugar rush. I need help with that. Slimming world bars help that sweet tooth, yogurt fruit 🍓

I swore by the alcohol free gin and syn free tonic. Got me through summer last year xx
