    Thanks for your help. You are one of the people I follow that inspires me to keep going with my weight loss journey. I've still got loads to lose, but doing more for health than vanity.

    This is such a good video! Really given me the boost to get back to it 100% . Even after 5 years of never missing a group I'm still not back at target, this has really motivated me though 😃

    Hi Nikki...... realy enjoyed the video,thank you, love love slimming world, I lost 7 st 2 pounds in 18 months, my group and consultant are amazing, however the latter part of last year was a bit of a bad one for me ( won't bore you with it lol) and I have gained a few pounds, but I am back on it 100% and aim to be back to being me again soon, I find your Facebook page very helpful and have cooked many of your recipies, keep inspiring us please xxx stella xxx

    Love these videos got back on plan this year after losing 4 stone and finding it again. I love speed food and an a major SP fab so I really like the sp recipes that you post. I didn't think there would be another person so obsessed with quark as I tend to be haha. I'm loving quark-based ice cream a lot at the moment especially as it helps with sp days have it with either a synned treat or topped with fruit.

    Thanks for this video Nikki! Very informative and helpful 😚 I have recently started doing a lot more exercise and my weight loss has slowed down a lot. I didn't know what was going on and started to worry. Now I feel better, hopefully this will start moving down again.

    Although I'm 50% to my target weight loss (lost 1 stone but want to lose 2 stone) I enjoy watching videos about maintenance. I know SW is long-term lifestyle and not just a for now thing. I have forwarded thinking about when I reach target too. So your video is very important x

    I never normally comment on anyone's videos! You are brilliant! I was making the mistake of not putting speed food on my plate and having it on the side! I've got my sw plate out of the cupboard and using it often now! I've also started a instragram page, it's working because I know I have followers and I know I have to post my meals! 😂😂 so I have to be good! We go away as a family abroad in October! And I don't want feel uncomfortable in swimwear whilst away! Thank you so much for your videos! I'm one that has to keep myself motivated and I have to really work for it! I slip to easy! But with your videos and your Instagram account I'm getting there! Xx

    Thanks Nikki just one question about syns I find I use them on small things like t ketchup, honey, cheese. I drink a lot of tea so don't have my HEA for cheese. So I find I would have 5 everyday at least! Let alone choc or crisps, so don't know how you've managed for 15 years! Well done to you 😘😘

    Hi Nikki. Thank you so much for coming on in person you are so inspirational. I am an online member. I chose that means of losing weight because of 'bad experiences' at various local groups - not Slimming World. I have lost 4 stone but my weight loss has not stopped - I have maintained now for 3 weeks. Please would you give me a 'consultant's view' to what to do as I get no support on the website? (I think I already know the answer).

    it so helps sweety your brill i am hooked watching your videos , a question plz if you have a really long way on your journey how can you stick to it when you are an emotional eater and your journey looks daunting and you think because you have loads to loose will you ever ever get to target ? xxxx
