      @@thelifestylehunter I'm from Glasgow did really well on SW before fell off wagon and when I went back felt it wasn't working for me. I felt i was over eating and like yourself I do have a life and the no more than 15 syns for a night out just wasnt flexible enough. I also think the app support from WW is amazing. Xx

    I was the same as you. Did well on slimming world but was just bored with it & struggling to stick to it this year. I joined WW & am loving it and doing well. I love the WW app.

    Was looking for videos comparing slimming world and weight watchers and came across your channel! I've been doing sw on and off for round 8 years and I'm thinking of making the change to ww tomorrow. Just watched your first week video loved it!       Thanks so much for replying! Joined last night so day 1 today finding it hard to get slimming world out my head but I'm sure it will be fine once I get used to it! I'm looking forward to more ww videos ... I don't feel there's as much ww vlogers as there are with sw! Xx

    Thank you ,I was trying to decide which to go back to , I prefer ww but I don't have a great wellness coach in our area so I,'ll have to drive 40 mins to the nearest meeting , I have sw classes everywhere near me but I'm not gone on their attitude to eating junk low-fat food and no emphasis on exercise.

    After seeing your progress I switched from slimming world to weight watchers last Friday. I was stuck with slimming world been same weight since Christmas. Already I'm loving weight watchers more, don't feel restricted. I was just wondering, weekly points, do they renew on weigh day or morning after? I get weighed a Friday night x

    I found week 1 great on WW but week 2 was a real struggle and I've just decided to go back to SW as I was constantly starving x

    I'm not enjoying the SW group at the moment, it's the boredom taking so long getting around everyone... Do WW still tell you what you need to weigh? I did it years ago, and was told I was too short to be the weight I wanted.

      They asked me but technically I could be about two stone lighter than I want due to my height 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I am not 100%sure if they would say no xx

    Done sw for years. Lost 3 stone and could never lose any more. Just switched to ww in January and its going ok. Hard to get head around at first but the weight is coming off!

    I really enjoyed that video. I've been thinking of switching to ww from sw since seeing that you switched and watching your progress. I'm wondering is your weekly/daily points different for everyone based on your weight or is it like sw and you can have like 5-15 a day? Also do you have like a certain amount of bread/porridge/milk/cheese like you did in sw with your healthy extras? The biggest thing that's attracting me to it is that I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and would love to see would ww suit that better as I haven't lost much weight since joining the gym.

      Hey honey so glad you enjoyed it ❤️ Each person gets a certain amount of daily points and weekly points based on weight , sex and height. Nope there is nothing like healthy extras so if you want oats then bread it’s fine.
      I have been at the gym 2-4 times a week and walking loads. Remember you will be loosing inches xxx

      @@thelifestylehunter that's really interesting how you can have oats and bread or whatever really. I suppose it's just as long as you stay within your daily/weekly point. Something to think about anyway, I do love slimming world but not sure if it's working for me anymore or maybe I'm not trying as hard and like you said in the video saying.. its ok if I have extra chips instead of speed.. thanks for your video it really helped!xx

      You do get a few books, ones with how the plan works/recipes, a little zero point foods book and a book for weight loss. You also get an email most days with extra information and they break it down for you. Xxx

    I've never been 2hrs at a slimmingworld group and love image therapy. I'm happy your happy but I feel like this is a video about why weight watchers is better then slimming world rather then a vs. Well done on your weightloss, your doing fab!

      It’s just my opinion on the different groups lovely. And my class on a Wednesday or a Saturday were 2 hours most weeks as the class was so big. Glad your image therapy helps, unfortunately mine just wasn’t great. Thanks so much for watching and thanks I am so happy to be losing a few pounds ❤️💋 xxx

    This sounds very interesting I’ve always been with slimming world but it’s just not working for me now and I keep thinking about weight watchers. The class sounds much better as well. Love the idea of not having to talk in front of people as I hate that! Xx
