Hi Nikki, great explanation. I find lots of fitness people in the public eye and personal trainers etc knock SW too. In fact, all this negativity is what stopped me from joining. I personally love it now I’ve tried it. My husband joined the gym and the PT was telling him he wasn’t eating enough on SW! But like you say, weight loss is inherently simple in terms of just needing to be in a calorie deficit. Keep up the videos lovely! Especially pretty midi dresses, you are my style to a tea! I have loads of your dresses! Xxxx

I'm blown away by the meals you do. Who says slimming food is boring and you don't get enough to eat. These meals look amazing and plenty on the plate. Whenever I see jalapeños I think of you lol I know you love heat in your meals as I do. I think I'm going to do some of your meals although I don't want to lose weight it's a healthy diet and I can have treats if I want to,this would benefit my husband though. Xx

Thank you so much for the info on decaf tea and coffee, like you I don’t drink enough but I drink lots of tea and coffee so I’ve now made a switch to decaf so hopefully this will help x
Loved this Nikki , thank you , I'm def going to try some of your treat bars , as normally I have a freddo or curly wurly as I love chocolate , I've done sp wks , 100% I have lost 5.5 & 6lbs drinking 4 to 5 pints of water & no exercise atm as I have fibromyalgia & no energy / extreme fatigue , I'd love to be able to start exercise again as it does my mind body & soul wonders X X X

I eat tons of fish but 3 fishy meals a day would be a bit too much even for me! Ive tried and enjoyed tofu, but wouldn’t know how to prepare it in a SW friendly fashion as it’s usually fried. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.❤️ PS your boys get more adorable by the day!! X

Hi Nikki, please can I ask. I have been doing slimming world for nearly 2 years. I hit target September 2018, losing 3 stone 5lb. In the new year, I made a decision to change my target and achieve a 4 stone. Well it's not happened. Is it normal to hit a brick wall. My life is so busy. Working full time as a teacher, plus two children 8 and 5 years, oh and the hubby!! Life is crazy and I can't always stay to group, as my girls get bored. My consultant will drop me a text and give loads of support, but I am feeling rubbish I have maintained my weight since the new year. Any good tips, to get me going again? I watch all your vlogs and downloaded the app SlimIt, as i got honest with myself and know I do go over my daily Syns. Thanks for all your vlogs, they are like a life line in my slimming world journey!! Sx

Hi Nikki, loved your review on the Fulfil bars, but I just wanted to ask, your bars were 40g but on SW Syns Online they only list larger bar syns, which are a lot higher than 7.5 syns. Did you buy yours in bulk from Amazon or from a supermarket? TIA x

Did you watch the thing on telly the other day about trading standards finding out that loads of protein bars actually have only about 3g of protein and waaayyy more sugar than they state! I was furious. It's not fair how they get away with it. I wont be eating any anymore just to be safe xx
