    Dr. Kashika ji, I am a case of GAD since many years . It was diogonised by one Army col ( psychetric doctor) in 2005. I am 67 yrs old. I am able to manage due to some exercise ,yoga ,dhyan and spiritual activities. But still I face some problems. Any suggestion from you, please guide me . Thanks.

    Really very helpful video. I am experiencing the same just for different reasons. Before starting this video I was very panicked and in anxiety mode, After watching this video feels like I am totally fine. Thanks a lot. 🙂
    I feel the same for a heart attack, And when I think too much because of young heart attack news nowadays. I feel pain in my heart and my hands and legs feel cold and numb, but when my mind is clear I am completely fine. My all reports are normal. But my mind is not accepting that reports are normal. This video is very helpful.

    Dr Kashika Ji, since past few years I am facing financial crisis. Due to this I am suffering from IBS and from muscular problems also. Doctor has told to cure anxiety first.     Mam jab anxieties ya panic attack aati hai to kuchh soojhta nahin hai. I get a bout of cough and vomiting. Medicine seems only solution.

    I was so depressed that I use to feel dizziness altime, even I could not walk property. it was 2016. I mate a neurologist, he prescribed me zapise, prothiaden, and rexipra. It took near about 1 year to my normal life and now I have been taking rexipra 5 only. Last 1-1.5 month I have stop to take rexipra myself thinking I have been fine but I feel very uneasy and I am getting tension. I can't sleep at night. Should I go to doc or psychiatrist. Please help me mam

    Nice topic... I have seen some children nail biting... Sometimes they suddenly wake up at night and speak loudly about some unknown event... is this habit is sign of depression or anxiety.. what measures to be taken in this situation . How to check that child is in depressed condition..

    Ma’am I’ve had anxiety for 4 years now. It was under control but unfortunately on june when I was revising by writing I felt like my hand is unable to move anymore and then I started panicking about it thinking that I might not be able to write my exam tomorrow and since then my anxiety came and I couldn’t do my exam well also I failed becuz I panicked a lot and left the exam hall and till now it is killing me😢
