It’s a great talk. I’m Doctor and I am an Oncologist. After listening to this talk, I realised that these days cancer is also a very important topic to discuss and make people aware. I have treated many patients of cancer and observed them very closely. Emotions, spirituality, lifestyle, cancer as taboo, all are common things to discuss and i had studied a lot on these during dealing with such patients. I also have a desire to talk on these issues on your platform, in your podcast, if you feel right.

It’s so true. I see so many unaware of the impact that trauma has on them. They are just running away from themselves. Find love in someone is not going to resolve the trauma.
Trauma is inner pain, a psychic wound, a wound on your soul invisible to medical world, only visible to you. Acknowledge it, be with it, accept it, lean to it with compassion, feel it fully, welcome the pain, breath in and breath out on top of it, make prayers for this wound, bring this wound to your consciousness, it feels like another part of your psyche integrate with this part, talk to it, embrace it...... isn't it all the healing modalities listed below addressing the same simple principle of feel the feelings fully and let it complete in your body and experience:- 1. TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) 2. Somatic Experiencing 3. Somatic Practicing 4. FOCUSING 5. VIPASANA 6. Embodying 7. Eckhart-shining light of consciousness 8. Shadow integration 9. Completion exercise 10. Compassionate Inquiry 11. Tapping 12. WuWei wisdom Acceptance 13. EMDR 14. Yoga 15. Inner Child healing 16. Gratitude Journal 17. CBT 18. Talk Therapy 19. IFST 20. MDMA 21. Psychedelic retreats and getting connected back to your true self
@@dkaur454 No, I learn through my own healing journey, seems the concept of trauma is quite new for us, or our current complex lifestyle is bringing more and more of it at center stage.
@@dkaur454 The first step was to know what is going on. My emotions were not in control, very high when comes to sadness and grief and low for joy and happiness. Consistent sadness in heart may be classical definition of depression and med will prescribe anti-depressant, like my brain has chemical imbalance. But my thoughts were perfectly OK, only my body was having sensations that I can best interpret as sadness, grief, fear, stuck emotions, brain confusion etc etc..... The finding what is going on took me 5 yrs. Once I had a clarity that this is my trauma issue, stuck emotions issue, I focused on trauma therapy, mainly IFST and SE (Inner Family System Therapy and Somatic Experiencing) it took gradual healing, but clearly leaving body and mind healing to time..which is popular prescription by most in India, to get healed automatically didn't work for me FEEL the FEELING fully, be patient and courageous to feel pain fully with all positive, loving compassionate msg to send to the troubling feelings from present moment as an adult self now finally gave very good results, I would say like 90% still my healing journey is continue but I can say truly that for me truly worked 3 things. 1.Getting education on Trauma, 2. Taking a strong and committed stand for healing, 3. Applying SE and IFST intently.
One clarity, this feel the feeling should be while remaining always in the body, not thinking or not in mind. It is like doing body-based meditation, like vipassana. Doing Breathing exercise like you are inhaling through ur feelings in the body and exhaling into the feelings in the body. It does takes time, subtle shifts happen to your feelings, it is like growing a plant you can see a progress in weeks or months, but certainly progress will be there.
I could relate so much to this....pls bring more n more podcast for mental health..pls how to be happy n acceptable by others in society n family even being negative and naive

It’s so true. I see so many unaware of the impact that trauma has on them. They are just running away from themselves. Find love in someone is not going to resolve the trauma.
Please get more topics involved in anxiety in the episode where you get the psychiatrist again otherwise it was a great discussion, loved it.
This is the best episode i have ever seen ❤
Trauma is inner pain, a psychic wound, a wound on your soul invisible to medical world, only visible to you. Acknowledge it, be with it, accept it, lean to it with compassion, feel it fully, welcome the pain, breath in and breath out on top of it, make prayers for this wound, bring this wound to your consciousness, it feels like another part of your psyche integrate with this part, talk to it, embrace it...... isn't it all the healing modalities listed below addressing the same simple principle of feel the feelings fully and let it complete in your body and experience:-
1. TRE (Trauma Release Exercise)
2. Somatic Experiencing
3. Somatic Practicing
4. FOCUSING
5. VIPASANA
6. Embodying
7. Eckhart-shining light of consciousness
8. Shadow integration
9. Completion exercise
10. Compassionate Inquiry
11. Tapping
12. WuWei wisdom Acceptance
13. EMDR
14. Yoga
15. Inner Child healing
16. Gratitude Journal
17. CBT
18. Talk Therapy
19. IFST
20. MDMA
21. Psychedelic retreats and getting connected back to your true self
R u a doctor
@@dkaur454 No, I learn through my own healing journey, seems the concept of trauma is quite new for us, or our current complex lifestyle is bringing more and more of it at center stage.
@@khansherani how you Healed your health

Very deep and insightful conversation. Thanks for having this theme. One suggestion - in such conversation it would have been even better if the doctor got more chance and time to speak.

It is good that you are doing podcast with ACTUAL DOCTORS, and gaining proper knowledge... unlike others, who invite just anyone, and they give stupid advices!

I LOVE THE WAY RAJ CROSS QUESTIONING THE GUEST. AMAZING.
BUT IN THE PROCESS OF DOING SO, RAJ IS OVERLAPPING AND NOT GIVEN CHANCE TO THE GUEST TO TALK.
I have so deep understanding about women because I have witnessed the man ♂️😭 dominating 🌎🌍 world!
My father died on 108 th day after my mother's demise, during those days he kept telling me everyday my days are over , you better be alert and take care of yourself, 2nd January mother, 20th April father
He loved her so much😢
Don't be sad
Feel blessed that your parents loved each other so much
In most of the cases, men don't love their wives after they become old😢
Your father was an exception ❤
This Dr is amazing so calm composed & has a Satisfactory response to each question thrown at him. Raj bolne do yaar usse ❤
Absolutely brilliant podcast. I have followed Dr. Sarthak Dave on Instagram and to get to know all of this in a 2 hr podcast is wonderful. Thank you. more such videos. ❤️
THE BEST and helpful , insightful podcast so far in simple yet crisp knowledge ❤
My experience was the same when I was going through a bad breakup. I was unable to sleep, lost my appetite and was lying on bed day and night with no will of doing anything. I got hospitalized, fever struck, my stomach was upset and I was feeling like I would die. It's so so true whatever Dr is telling. 43:30
And then how did you become normal again sister

1. Time heals (but the scar will be there)
2. Family support helped me a lot
3. Acceptance that I can't change certain things over which i have zero control
4. Giving myself time to feel the emotions
5. I was having my exams therefore I knew that either I will fail by crying day and night or I'll focus on my career which is going to build me. So I used to study the whole day and cry at night it helped me to vent out and my emotions were being channelised also but it was very difficult.
6. I was getting my strength from my GOD
7. Don't lose hope things will get better, what is yours will ultimately be yours.
Same thing is happening with me
Same terrible memories😢
Thank you for sharing your valuable content.Thank you for healing the world.God bless
Actually there is an emotional first aid kit named as psychological first aid, it is a free small course in coursera where everyone can learn this and help people around is not about giving therapy but giving support. I hope this comment reaches out to everyone and people consider learning psychological first aid

I am surprised Doc is saying to stay ,feel the pain and you will come out if it eventually. But the most frequent advice is get busy with work, life so that you don’t have time to sit & dwell in the adverse event. This is new understanding.
Raj bhai podcast ek number hote hai.. but please guest ko bolna diye karo interrupt na kiye karo bhai
Correct
Correct its irritating
I am feeling good now after listening this podcast
