    Mujhe 1 sal pahle panic attack hua.. Uske bad maine kai doctors ko concern kiya psychiatrist.. Neurologist ,heart specialist.. 70% abhi theek hai doctors ne yhi bola anxiety hai depression hai
    Heart beat bhut bad jati hai lgta hai mai mar jaungi.... Y start hua tha ghar me kalesh ki bjha se us time exam ka bhi bhut stress liya tha.. Fir mummy ki death hi gyi... Abhi aapki sari vedio dekhti hu subscribe kiya aapka channel aap bhi download kiya.. Vedio dekhti hu to relief milta hai..... Parents nhi hai.. Shadi bhi nhi hui... Bhabhi bhai k sath rahna pdta hai... Jo pahle hi problem creat krte the.. Aur abhi bhi krte hai.... Jiski bjha se tabiyat aur bigad jati hai.... Aap btaye... Mujhe alag rahna chahiye? .. Akele rahne me darr lgta hai kya kru kuch samjh nhi aata

      mam hame car our bikes chalane me dar lagta hai lekin phir bhi car our bikes chalate hai to thori der baad apne aap dar khatam ho jata hai .kahi akele jane me dar lagta hai kuchh ho jane ka lekin phir apne aap sahi ho jata hai dar sa bana rahta hai sare test body ka kara liye sab normal hai doctors psychological problem bata rahe hai .our hame bhi psychological problem hi lag raha hai.jab bhi kuchh socta hu sar bhari ho jata hai boday me kamjori pahsus hone video lagta hai aapk ko dekh kar apne aap ko strong bana raha hu apne aap ko kaphi change kar raha hu. pahle se kaphi achha mahus bhi kar raha hu ye problem four years se hai. Pahle se relief Mila Hai

    Well said mam lekin itna asaan hai ni jeetna lgta hai m maanta hu hme jis chij se sbse jyada Dr lgta hai agr hmne use hi face 2 face krlia tb sare anxiety ke lakshn chote lgte hai aaj mjhe realise hua mjhe gaadi chalane se bhut anxiety hoti hai lekin aaj mne pure market m 4 saal bad gaadi Chala li fir realise Kia ktna bevkuf tha main Jo fal2 main negative rhta tha ab mjhe or jin chij se anxiety hoti hai wo logo se baat krne m ye dono thik ho gye to Meri anxiety kaafi hd tk control m rhegi hope that comes when I even think of some negative thought

      Morning mam I got anxiety badly and my blood pressure goes very high and feel caroling in my legs and my mouth get dry im taking some aurvadic medican bit help but still there can help me please if possible I can talk to you on the phone im calling from Australia. thanks
