Bet you want more food cause that one bite wasn’t enough.Well Jordan is just a bite...Grant is full MEAL.Jordan helped me but grantcardone changed my life think about that. #facts

Grant hated Belfort so much, his ego clouded his ability to have a productive conversation. We all know Grant has the word tracks, the rebuttals, the strategy. It's all in his university. But he was SO FOCUSED on disagreeing with Belfort in order to sound like the "smarter" salesman . . . That it really just made him look dumb, and hypocritical. That's what happened.

Listen I’ve gone through ALL. of Jordan Beflorts books and his training program and I’ve applied it all to my sales game and I seen a slight increase I truly did, but then I went through just “ONE” of Uncle G’s books “sell or be sold” and I tripled my sales and had my BEST month in sales in over 3 years, I seen an immediate increase, I like both people honestly, but I respect and admire and love Grant way more because he’s more authentic and real and gives you pure truly simple strategies you can apply right away and he gets you extremely motivated and doesn’t just teach you how to make one sale like JB, Grant teaches you how to fill a pipeline and think bigger (10X) and build a business. That’s why now the ONLY person I listen to is Uncle G and his books and Cardone U and it’s completely transformed my sales, my business and my life. I’m forever grateful. Grant Cardone in my opinion is truly the greatest salesman in the world, and NO ONE even comes close! Thank you 🙏

I think part of what he’s saying is, keep your pipeline full. Qualify your potential clients. Then make the sale. There’s no magic trick to this profession. The best way to communicate is in truths. Your clients will respect you for that. But not everyone is your client. The most valuable part of the sales process to me is to qualify. What gives me the confidence to qualify them in a very strong way is a pipeline that’s packed w/ potential.

for me Grant has been a massive clarification about sales !! and he is a man who speaks from his heart. his is authenthic and that is too much for most people .. i saw a comment below "strategy first then numbers" but actually if you really listen to Grant approach you get it that first is heart (why) - then strategy will come. otherwise you go to prison like the Wolf who did have a strategy to get rich that lead him to jail. so anyway, for me SALES became a lot more easy and simple and from heart by listening to Grant. everyone resonates with WHO he is. no one is better but .. WHO do you resonate with is the question.

Reading the comments, I think a lot of people are missing the true point. Yes you can learn the word tracks, of course you can find tune how and what you say. But Grant is 100% right when he says you have to advance forward and pack your pipeline first and foremost. So many people in sales, in my business for sure, get stuck on finding the best things to say but they neglect packing thousands of people into their pipeline to build a business. And truthfully, that is the much more duplicatable way to build a business anyway. It takes time to develop and polish skill set. But if you have a super basic word track, if you can handle super basic questions, and you get busy and pack your pipeline then you can be successful before you’re polished.
Take advice from people who have their ethics in check. Don’t let the mindset of a thief rub off onto you.

This man is a genius! From my experience there is never a perfect tactic or thing to say. At the end of the day business to business sales are boring as fuck too the potential buyer. Every person is unique in their own way, beliefs, and character. There will never be one true way to handle any person or situation. Sometimes speaking less will open more conversation. Open your ears before your eyes. People are most interested in themselves no matter what you have to say. So the best tip in my opinion is to let them say what they want to say. Look for tips to give them opportunities to talk about what they give a fuck about. Once they are talking about they care about you will make that sale. Only the wise will truly understand what I mean.

Grant's methodology is to create a business that solves problems.
Prospect / find customers that are experiencing these problems and are qualified to buy from you and contact them.
In real life that doesn't sound sexy, it's boring and not flashy. What's flashy is a movie about Defrauding millions of dollars from investors, strippers, Yachts and Leonardo DiCaprio. That makes for an amazing story.
Obviously you need to have sales skills in order to be able to carry the conversation and unearth the magnitude of the prospects problem while in a Sales call with the prospect.
He is basically saying if there is a fit than great! If not, then move on and follow up down the road since situations change constantly.
Instead of occupying / wasting your time trying to polish a turd and use persuasion tricks you should focus on building a business that services people.
If your focusing on matching body language, tonality, NLP you are trying to create an illusion that they should buy rather than focusing on whether or not the customer should, or whether they are even qualified to do so.
Your buyer is going to have objections, concerns, logistical issues, staffing problems and they aren't just going to open up their checkbook for you because you matched their body language and enjoyed your tonality.
He advocates having a solid attitude and being professional but doesn't put to much emphasize on them.

  • @jovanchojankuloski9412
    @jovanchojankuloski9412 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

I use both their materials when closing deals and training my staff. The one thing that I think people missed in the interview was that Jordan tried to get Grant to tell how he'd close a deal and what he says and how he says it as Jordan is all about body language, looping and tonality. Grant on the other hand tells you that you need to develop as a person, become known in your field and society as a relaible professional and someone who is knowledgeable about his offerings to the market whether that is a product, service or selling your knowledge to others. When you do this you don't need tonality, looping and the other stuff that Jordan teaches because most people will want to be around you naturally and work with you, regardless how you say and word things. GC all the way as a life coach. Individual prosperity, family and helping others.

Figure out what kind of business that is right for you. What do people want from you that you're good at? Focus on building a team around that kind of business and work on it all you can. Get good at what you do and make sure your product or service is the best that you can make it. Invest in yourself so you can get others to invest in you. Make sure you have a team that are loyal to you and are capable of putting out your needs to ensure yours and their successes that they will one day also move up the ladder for their own greatness. The proudest moment you will have is by making a positive difference in those you seek to help that are already helping you. In the words that Grant Cardone tells people , BE GREAT!!!😎

Don't worry about it grant I've thought about it, if you really understand the product you don't need to have a hardcore limit on when to stop pursuing or trying to sell someone something, you automatically understand when a product is not for somebody, you move on, keep the pipeline full. People often worry about what they don't have I guess they don't have an understanding of their own product very well. Have a great day

Top Comment Grant has helped hundreds of people become financially independent. That doesn’t include the people who work for him. However, it doesn’t matter what I say, because you’re a hater. You don’t even have a profile picture. At least show your face if you’re going to hate and have a bad attitude. I’m on Cardone University, and it works. If you were on his products, then maybe it would work for you. I guess it’s easier to hate behind a computer screen, than actually do something to help yourself. I can honestly say I’m in a better place in my life, because of Grant Cardone. I’m not a fanboy who just buys products and defends him. You need to get over that video with Jordan Belfort and move on with your life. Otherwise, you’ll just be a bitter person.

Says a lot coming from someone who doesn't keep up with the advancement of this world. Dwelling upon old fashioned sales knowledge that no one really gives a shit about can address a whole perspective of ammendments needed in you understanding of sales. uncle G is right, he confuses marketing with sales, but marketing is a lot more important than sales, sales are simply icing on the cake, and he is true that you can dabble in sales teachings in years, but if you don't have a constant flow of leads you are done. Also, this does not change the fact that Wolf wipes the floor with him in the interview and the GC looked like a complete tool - but still GC has a lot more money than the Wolf has now because simply MARKETING IS A LOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN SALES.

Grant's message is money, wealth, cash flow, and 10X. He's got a billion dollar real estate portfolio and on his way to $10 billion... he put on a 34,000 person conference, and he flies around the world in his own G550. Stop worrying about which label best describes a man (salesman, marketer, promoter, or real estate guy) and listen to what the man is saying! Money, money, money, growth, wealth, cash flow. "Get your freakin money right."

  • @chrissa1896

Grant: "there is no trick" "I wasted 20 years using the right words and tonality"
Also Grant in his life insurance sale example:
-Uses absolute certainty tonality to explain the guy who opened the door why he would called him if he was interested in life insurance.
-Uses reasonalble man tonality to explain if he could tell the prospect when and why he would die and that he could leave his loved ones covered for a small amount of money.
-Finishes with up tonality to ask for five minutes.
Grant uses the straight line, he just didn't knew it

I watch his videos and am on his program and he is right. The criticism that came from the video is because those who are criticizing him don't understand his concepts. There's a lot to it but one of the major points is the only real strategy is follow up. You can't follow up with someone you don't touch first, you'll never truly touch someone if your not honest about the offering which should be offerings, plural, and if your not touching the same person or people multiple, multiple, multiple times your not truly following up. Everyone is a buyer at one point in their life, they may not know it yet, the only factor is time. If you believe in your offering then act like it and communicate it
